I have limps in my both the breast. Non cancerous lumps. I've consulted cancer specialist. And have been operated once. This is the second time. And is going through homeopathic treatment which is not helping me out. Any other way which you can suggest I shall treat them? And why are these lumps happening? The reasons? If the lumps are non cancerous and are not growing in size or no. Then there is nothing to worry. There are certain medicines in allopathy which can be helpful which any surgeon can prescribe after examining you. If there is no relief with medicines then surgery is the option. The reason for this is usually hormonal changes which occur during this time in a girls life.

Papaya being the best. Then comes citrus fruits such as oranges, lemon, all juicy fruits. And if possible take half spoon of aloe vera raw juice in morning on empty stomach. Aloe vera works the best for skin glow and helps in purifying our blood too.

Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer. Take 4-5 meals in a day on frequent interval.

Dear lybrateuser, -Do steam inhalation three times a day -take tablet Sinarest, 1 tablet three times a day after food with water or milk -avoid cold fluids, have more of warm fluids like water, tea, coffee, milk (mix 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric in 1 cup of milk, have twice a day) & warm soup -avoid sour, fried & spicy food -do warm salt water gargles three times a day if itching or pain in throat -if still not much relief then do blood cbc, x-ray chest & consult a doctor you may require a change in medication or new medication. -

Hiii sir I am suffering from hair fall please suggest some tips to control hair fall Thank you.
Start taking black til (seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. Avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items. Start avle ka murabba. Also have a high protien rich diet e. G. Pulses, dry fruits, black gram, ground nut etc. Also oil your hair with good herbal oil and wash with herbal shamppoo - avoid shampoos with high acid contents. As far as ayurveda's therapy is concerned - start with shirodhara with herbal oil and nasyam therapy for atleast 15 days. This will greatly help. Do gentle massage with herbal hair oil daily night for 15 minutes. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.

Hello. At 38 yrs. Of age, little difficult to get the further growth of hair. Start immediately with homoeopathic medication - sulphur 200/ one dose daily in the morning for a week and 10 drops of arnica montana q in 1/2 cup of water and apply on the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor. Repeat the above process every 3rd day for few months. There are certain nutrients that you can add to your daily routine that can help encourage faster, more effective hair growth. Promote thicker hair with folic acid. This is necessary for the growth and repair of hair, take follihair/ 1 tablet daily for 3 months. You can also try increasing the amount of folic acid in your diet. Folic acid can be found in whole-grain breads and cereals, leafy green vegetables, peas, and nuts. Increase your biotin intake. Biotin is an important water-soluble b vitamin, necessary for the the formation of fatty acids and glucose, as well as for metabolizing amino acids and carbohydrates. A biotin deficiency can lead to hair loss, so making sure you are getting the recommended amount is well worth the effort. Biotin is found in liver, oysters, cauliflower, beans, fish, carrots, bananas, soy flour, egg yolks, cereals, yeast, and other foods. Management: -exfoliate your face. Hair follicles can become blocked with dirt and prevent your hair from growing. Once a week, wear an exfoliant mask with eucalyptus. It's great for your skin, and can help promote hair growth. -massage your hair follicles. A gentle massage can help stimulate your hair follicles. Use your finger tips, and gently massage your face in circular motions for about two to three minutes. Try applying a facial moisturizer to create a smoother massage. -take in vitamin a. This vitamin stimulates the production of sebum, which keeps your hair follicles and skin hydrated. You can find vitamin a in eggs, meat, cheese, liver, carrots, pumpkin, broccoli, and dark green leafy vegetables. -get plenty of vitamin e, which has long been recognized as key for healthy skin, and can increase blood flow, which leads to an optimal environment for hair growth. Foods rich in vitamin e include oils, leafy vegetables, nuts, and beans, and most people get plenty of vitamin e when eating a normal diet. -boost circulation with vitamin b3. Healthy circulation may have a positive effect on hair growth. Reports find that b3 is even more effective when taken with biotin. -take in vitamin b5. This is also known as pantothenic acid. It not only helps the body use fats and proteins, necessary for healthy hair, it also has been reported to help reduce stress; and stress can definitely inhibit hair growth. Vitamin b5 occurs naturally in brewer's yeast, broccoli, avocado, egg yolks, organ meats, duck, milk, lobster, whole-grain breads, and more.

First medicine has many side effects.So you can reduce weight naturally.Do exercise like yoga,swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,squat along because only walking can't reduce fat.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,soft drinks,cola.Drink lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning.Then do exercise for better result.Avoid fats foods,junk foods,processed foods.Eat small amount of foods.Eat more protein for weight loss.Use healthy fat small amount in cooking.Take whole fruits,vegetables,unprocessed foods.Drink lots of water specially before meals.

You are only 16 years and you are having stress?! Never mind, what I think is that you may be going through the adolescence problem of a spurt in the production of the male sex hormone,testosterone, like all teenagers go through, both boys and girls. When the hormones play up, it lasts for a period of close to two years and during that time you could be influenced by three signs directly impacted by the chemical: you will tend to become aggressive and rebellious, you will become sexually active, and you will have acne and pimple problems. These may stress you no end. But this is also the last stage in your teenage life to resolve any childhood issue that lacked any solution. The stress could then be an indicator that something from your past has to be dealt with soon. Ask your parents if they know of any problem in your development years including the prenatal and family history. Equipped with this please visit a counselor with your parents to help you sort out this problem and your stress will disappear as soon as it had come.

Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind)1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

May be chances of pregnancy once you conform, at the clinic we answer questions all the time about irregular periods. A textbook period happens every 24-29 days, but in truth what is regular covers a wide range. Cycles between 23-35 days are very common. A woman may get her period only one to four times a year. Or she might have periods that occur 2-3 times in a month and involve spotting or extremely heavy flow. Alternatively, she may have heavy episodes of bleeding every 2-3 months. Irregular periods are simply what is irregular for you significant weight gain or loss over exercise poor nutrition (or a diet too high in carbohydrates) smoking drug use caffeine excessive alcohol use (interfering with how the liver metabolizes estrogen and progesterone) eating disorders increased stress polycystic ovarian syndrome/estrogen dominance uterine abnormalities (fibroids/cysts/polyps/endometriosis) hormonal imbalances related to perimenopause home remedies sesame seeds and jaggery sesame seeds are useful in regulating menstrual cycles as they help balance your hormones. They are loaded with lignans that help bind excess hormones. Plus, they contain essential fatty acids that promote optimal hormone production. Jaggery, too, helps regulate menstrual cycles due to its warming effects. 1. Dry roast a handful of sesame seeds. 2. Grind them along with one teaspoon of jaggery into a fine powder. 3. Take one teaspoon of this powder daily on an empty stomach in the luteal phase, or second half of your menstrual cycle (two weeks before your period starts), for a few months. Simply eating a piece of jaggery, also known as gur, will also help regulate menstruation. Note: do not use this remedy during your periods.
