Eat a balanced diet rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins, and fat. 2.Fill your diet with a wide range of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, pulses, nuts, seeds, wholegrains and naturally low fat dairy foods. 3.Donot skip breakfast. 4.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 5.Exercise is an extremely important factor in staying healthy so try to be active. 6.Make sure you get enough sleep ? it's an essential part of being healthy.While we're asleep, our bodies have that all-important time to repair.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. For arms, take a bottle of 1 litre water filled bottle. Hold it in hand and raise you hands without moving elbow. Repeat for both arms for 5-10 times. It makes your arms slim and in proper shape. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

ayurvedic medicines always give u a better and long relief. I don't know what type of medicines u were taking. for back pain apply oil on back and hot fomentation for 15 mints give u better result. yoga is also very important.

Hi Nehafatima.... If you will not treat PCOD then facial hair will not go... Better cure PCOD with Homoeopathic treatment permanently and get rid of facial hair too Allopathic medicine for PCOD will increase facial hair.

I am 23 years old. Few months back, I was severely depressed because of my personal reasons. Still I could feel the effect of the same on my mind. I cann't think properly nowadays and sometime get lost in my own world. I am looking for the solution for the same. Hope you can help me out.

The depression you had a few months back will take some time to leave your system. The depression would have opened up neural pathways related to it, chemical imbalances, and electrical impulses. After the symptoms of the main attack have disappeared, the residual affect will linger for some more time. You can move it faster by getting back to normalcy and through therapy. Exercise is phenomenal to deal with the depression because it is the most holistic medicine for a host of problems. Tackle the emotions, which would have played a significant role in your depression, and unless they are dealt with properly, the disorder can come back, sometimes with a vengeance. You have to sleep for not more than 8 hours, and eat a good and healthy diet. Keep up with your social activities and follow the three important features of healthy living: be responsible, be respectful, and be functional, always. If this does not work, go back to the doctor and report your condition. It is possible that the treatment may have been stopped earlier than desirable.

There is no easy way to lose weight. You have to exercise and eat healthy to work it off. Start by cutting out rice, baked items, bread, sugar and oily foods from your diet completely. Go for more fruits, vegetables and protein in your meals. Snack on nuts and fresh fruits. Start out with a 30-minute walk daily. Hello, first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. *Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. *Include more protien rich supplements to your diet. *Take phosphorus 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. *wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. *Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. *Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) *Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. *Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, daily morning. Use this home remedy also to prevent hair loss:- *Triphala is the boon for dead cells of the scalp; it works to recover all the problem related to damaged and graying of hair. Take a teaspoon of triphala powder with water before sleeping. You will get rid from white hair as well as hair fall. *Onion is also an effective home treatment for hair loss and premature graying. Hi, I was consuming divalporate 250 mg from past few years and recently have stopped these medicine from past 4 months. I had some sleeping problems and mood disorder. I am feeling fine, having good sleep. I am 26 year old and used to consume this medicine with other medicines from past 13 years. Now doctor has suggested me only for divalporate 250 mg tablet. I am suffering from acute transient psychosis. Is this disease curable? I had few cases of relapse as well within 2 years and use to recover within month. Please suggest some good things that can be as an alternative for this.

Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, including on the weekends Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing, and at a comfortable temperature Remove electronic devices, such as TVs, computers, and smart phones, from the bedroom Avoid large meals, caffeine, and alcohol before bedtime Get some exercise. Ways to increase endurance
1. It is important to combine strength training and cardio work outs together so that your body is pushed to its limit
2. Instead of taking rest for one or two minutes in between sets, stick to 30 seconds
3. Use flight of stairs instead of taking the elevator
4. When lifting weights don't do it at a leisurely pace try and increase your momentum a bit. This may increase endurance levels
5. Do not stick to just one routine. Mix up your work outs at regular intervals
