Good afternoon, if pigmentation on your face is mainly tanning, it can improve. Use uv avo sunscreen three times in a day- 9: 00 am, 12 noon and 3: 00 pm. Avoid sun exposure as much as possible. Use kojivit plus gel on full face at night. Continue for 6 weeks, then consult. Also stop applying any other facial cosmetics or mustard oil on face or scalp. Thanks.

The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools  -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing

1. Most important thing is take lots of rest as a routine part of your life. Sleep for atleast 8 hours 2. Limit your screen life. Take breaks while working on computer and wash eyes frequently with cold water. 3. Wash your face twice with a good cleanser like tea tree face wash and use soothing toner like rose water or tea tree after that. 4. Use kojic acid based cream below eyes for atleast 4 months.

It is actually birth mark, and cannot be removed. Still we can have a try to remove it. Apply Berberis Aqua Q over it for 2 times in a day for 2 weeks. If it was supposed to go, then this will definitely help you in that. If not, then it will not go at all. Hope you understood it. Take care. :)

Use body oil in night on affated area. (mfg. By sri sri ayurveda company) bath with pears soap. Take 3 to 4 litter water in summer. Take simpal veg food with salad. Use sptf+30 sunscreen lotion if you are going into sun light.

My new nights are sleepless. For instance now a days im getting afraid of small things. For example when I was driving my vehicle I'm getting afraid that I could hit someday. And sometimes I'm thinking that I may have hit someone and getting afraid of police. All this started with one night where I have an exam other day. I was very much got afraid that o could lose my exam of was sleepless on the night. Usually I will sleep very late night during my holidays of 4 months. Later on that night I went to sleep at 22.00. I was not getting g sleep I was very much afraid that I couldn't sleep and waste my hours and next day I couldn't attend the exam. Later now a days I'm getting sleepless nights very frequently. From August 21 to toll now there are about 7 sleepless nights but I'll sleep on morning 5. Next day I'll get good sleep for some days. And again it happens on other night. Some night I'll get too anxious and I will lose my sleep and some nights even if I'm very brave I will not get sleep. But today it's five and still o couldn't sleep. I'm not getting sleep even if I was tired and very sleepy.

You need to look after your mind, which has become fragile. You need a good counsellor who will correct the anomalies of mind. You also need a good nutrition and good lifestyle. Drink water plenty, take healthy diet 4 times a day, do some exercise, play sports with friends. And sleep on time. You will be alright.

I am 32 years old from Bangalore and working as a lead in one of IT MNC company getting decent salary but I am feeling dull no interest in my job and don't want to work in IT company. I identified my problem that I belongs to poor family and I didn't get my need in my childhood and to making more money I chosen IT filed even I am getting decent amount of salary and I can full fill my desire and need but now again I want more. More luxury life, luxury house and luxury car. I am having two issues: 1) Health issue 2) financial issue MY first issue is related to my teenage problem due to wrong friends and wrong habit I stated watching porn movie and started doing masturbation which I am still not able to leave. Even after getting married and having 1 years child. MY second problem is I wanted to make my life in financial market and I wanted to be wealthy person due to this attitude I lost almost around 8-9 lacs in stock market, I have not shared these information to my family and I have taken loan to makeup these things where my 50% of salary is doing in paying EMI, now my loan is going to over in another 3-4 months but I am still trading in stock market and making loss and this is become habit, I can not leave without trading even I trade 200 rs trade every day. Dark circles can affect both men and women. Now there are many reasons for dark circles to appear under your eyes; from stress, lack of sleep, hormonal changes, a disturbed lifestyle, hereditary and many more. But if not treated on time, they will not only dull your overall appearance, it can also lead to serious health issues. Though chemical based products helps in getting rid of them, but then there are many who have an extremely sensitive skin and only pure home remedies can help them. We list down some easy and doable home remedies which will help you to get rid of dark circles. 1. Tomatoes: tomatoes are an excellent solution for getting rid of dark circle, as it naturally helps to decrease the dark circles and also makes the skin soft and supple. All you need to do is mix one teaspoon of tomato juice with a teaspoon of lemon juice and apply it under your eyes. Let it remain for about 10 minutes and then, wash it off with water. Repeat this remedy at least twice a day. On a daily basis you can also drink tomato juice mixed with some lemon juice and mint leaves in order to get rid of dark circles. 2. Grated potatoes: grate some raw potato and extract the juice of the same. Now take a cotton ball and soak it in the potato juice. Close your eyes and place these cotton balls on your eyes. Make sure they cover the entire area of the dark circles under your eyes as well as the eyelids. Leave it on for 10 minutes and wash off with cold water. 3. Cold tea bags: another simple technique to get rid of the dark circles is using cold tea bags. Soak a tea bag preferably a chamomile or green tea bags in water. Chill it by placing it in the refrigerator for a while. Now, place them over your eyes. Use this remedy on a regular basis to see considerable difference 4. Cold milk: regular use of cold milk will also decrease the dark circles and also soothes your eyes and skin. Take a cotton ball and place it in a bowl of cold milk or iced water for a while. Now apply the cotton ball making sure that it covers the entire eye with the affected area. Keep it for a while. Wash it regular water. 5. Orange juice: another effective home remedy to remove dark circles is orange juice. Mix some orange juice with a few drops of glycerin and apply this mixture over the dark circles. Not only will it diminish the dark circles it will also give a natural glow to your eyes. Thank you.

Hello sir, My uncle has met with brain stroke 3 years back. As of now he is gud but his left hand is just like we keep the hand when fractured and his fingers are closed just we close our fingers. Nerves are clumsy and are not free to move. His ring finger makes all fingers to be close. His fist is always closed due to tight fix of nerves. Is there any injection to free up nerves so that he can easily open and close his hands.

Dear, although I am not a neurologist, I would like to still answer your question. Your uncle has suffered from brain stroke, which means part of the brain tissue controlling movements of his right side of the body is affected/damaged. This happens when blood supply to that area is blocked for some reason, say blockade in artery supplying that part. Subsequent recovery depends upon restoration of that blood flow, and how quickly its restored. After initial stage recovery in such cases takes a long time. Continued treatment with physiotherapy is required to bring back some functions. But some residual weakness may remain. Best of luck.

Just got an answer back from three doctors. Now I'm concerned about a deformed baby since I got off both on June 10, 2016 of the medications. I spoke to our gyno that they said I have to tell them so I have to take a birth control just in cause. I heard it will but, without a condom or using any birth control. Will that happen if our baby will be deformed or retarded?

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello, aap bakson's ka facewash use kare. Koi achchi brand ka (aapki skin type ke hisab se) cleanser, toner aur moisturizer use kare roz. Moisturizer lagane ke baad bakson ka suncare sunscreen lagaye roz woh bhi 20-30min dhoop mein jane se pehele. Khane mein jyada taaza aur paushtik aahar le, rozana phal khaye, 6-9 ghante ki neend poori le, roz din mein 10-12 glass paani piyen. Homoeopathic medicine le - schwabe ki berberis aquefolium q/ 10 boonde 1/2 cup paani mein mila ke/ din mein 3 baar aur kali brom. 200/ din mein do baar - 1 mahine ke liye.

It's really important to track all your activities. It can be challenging, but you won't realize how effective it is unless you give it a try. The information about trends in your activities will help you get motivated and achieve your goals: 1. Organize you activity list. Write down (or type it if you use a software on PC or smartphone) all your daily routine. 2. Record events for each activity. For example you have an activity titled 'Chocolate bars'. Each time you eat a bar, you add an event. 3. Watch your progress and trends, draw conclusions, stay motivated There is a plenty of ways to keep track of stats. You can use sheets on your fridge, you can use notebooks, PC or Mac software or apps for smartphone, like iKeepStats for instance.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

Some people tend to put fat around belly while some tend to put fat around hips and thighs. Males generally put fat around belly. Tips to reduce belly - 1.Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2.Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3.Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4.Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5.Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6.Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7.Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

Boil dried amla in coconut oil till the oil turns black in color. Massage your scalp with this oil. This is an effective and very easy home remedy to check hair loss. There are also other ways where we can include amla in our hair care routine. ? Use amla and shikakai powder than you can buy in ayurvedic stores. Mix them both and make a paste. Please don't use any creams or lotions. It suppress the sebum secretion and block the pores which leads to bacterial contamination and results in more pimples. The other causes of pimples are hormonal imbalance, dandruff, diet rich in oil and non veg, poor hygiene etc. Treating acne in the right way at the earliest will remove pimples without any scarring and gives a long lasting results. But acne patients are more concern about the pimples and try all creams and soaps available in markets which creates much worse their condition. There are very good homoeopathic medicines for pimples which gives rapid and permanent results without any side effects. Along with the medicines there are some specific food which should be avoided for the effectiveness of treatment. You should take plenty of vegetables and fruits. Drink 3-4 litres of water. Internal medicines are better than external application.
