Dear Lybrate user, It is difficult to find out the reason for severe cramps, specially without examination and not knowing the complete history. The best time to conceive would be 14 days before the next menstrual date; 3 days before and 1 day after that i.e. 13 - 17 days before the expected date of next period. It would have been 12th to 16th of October in the present cycle.

Apply an ice pack to the painful area of your head. Try placing it on your forehead, temples, or the back of your neck. Take a warm bath or shower; take a nap; or take a walk. Ask someone to rub your neck and back, or treat yourself to a massage. Apply gentle, steady rotating pressure to the painful area of your head with your index finger and/or thumb. Maintain pressure for seven to 15 seconds, then release. Repeat as needed. Rest, sit, or lie quietly in a low-lit room. Close your eyes and try to release the tension in your back, neck, and shoulders.

At 16 you should be taught at school about heart health. I am happy to teach you-share with as many people as you can. No burgers or street food as they are loaded with bad fats which block the blood vessels of heart/ brain causing heart attack/ stroke Some good fats are a must , depends on age but 1 spoon of pure ghee/ butter and lots more for growing up kids. high protein diet with simple proteins like milk , curd , eggs & non veg if a person eats some nuts about a katori of peanuts /almonds/ cashews/ wallnuts etc assorted or alone. nuts give good fats & proteins too. simple exercise like walking suits everyone no stress but only result oriented healthy stress which gets us good marks or fruitful results in the job well done no smoking or exposure to pollution. eat healthy, exercise moderately and remain positive.

Avoid masturbation, if you can not control do once a week. It can spoil your marriage life you can not do sex more time with wife. It is bad habits. Read good things/ books. Avoid porn movies. Be busy in work, study and spend time with good friends/ family. Avoid stress, avoid spicy and oily meals. Take mineral rich meals. Take tab. Dapoxetine for score of sexual time. Take ginseng for best stamina. Avoid masturbation, avoid more alcohol/ smoking it reduced sexual power. Do kegel exercise daily for better stamina of sexual muscles.

I am a 35 years old man and suffering from hyperacidity since many years. My endoscopy is ok. I have to take pantocid dsr daily in morning empty stomach. Also suffer from frequent digestive infections for which doctor generally prescribe me an antibiotic and lafutidine+domperidone at night. Kindly give me solution. Fever for more than one month need to be evaluated. Eat healthy diet. Drink plenty of liquids. Take adequate rest. Take over-the-counter medicine for fever. Get ur CBC, ESR, URINE ROUTINE AND xray chest pa view done for knowing the cause. Hope this helps u. If required, consult with reports.

That's normal. That is called a hangover 1. Drink in moderation or even better do not drink at all. 2. Take plenty of fluids, fruit juices and fresh fruits the next - the day after you drink, this will prevent problems like vomiting and tiredness.

What are the basic steps to be taken to avoid diabetes from early stage.
Following are the tips to prevent onset/or control diabetes 1-Losing Extra Weight:-helps lowering blood pressure and cholesterol too. For woman: waist of 80 cm or more & for man: waist of 90 cm or more are at risk 2- Constant and regular food timings :-improves metabolic activity and helps in reducing weight. 3- Split your meals and eating in moderate amount:-, improves your metabolic rate as the food u take is not concentrated at one time. 4- No long Gaps and skipping of meals:-. Never miss out breakfast. 5- No overeating:-Never eat in a bulk on one time .Eat your food slowly, chew well. 6- Proper Exercise and work outs:- Brisk walking for 30 min. atleast five times a week is the best and easiest way of exercising. You can also try Cycling, swimming, dancing. Timings for exercise should be fixed and regular. Avoid heavy exercise. Do not eat right away after a workout . 7-constant and regular timings for medication 8-Avoid fried foods and meat: Limit fats and sweets. Rather choose a variety of foods including whole grains, fresh vegetables, salads, fruits, low fat dairy products. 9- Take high-fibre and complex carbohydrates:-like oats as they are easily broken down to basic sugars. Add whole grain foods in your diet. Avoid carbohydrates like white bread, pasta, pizza , candies, and snacks .Instead include high-fiber carbohydrates like wheat bran, flaxseed and methi seeds to your wheat flour. This will increase fibre in your diet. 10-Drink enough fluids:-Keep your body well hydrated. Drink a lot of water that will help flush the toxins off your system. 11.Fresh vegetables and fruits:- gives essential benefits as these contain a lot of vital minerals as well as nutrients .Include sprouts in the diet as they are easily digestible and a rich source of nutrients. 13-Avoid alcohol consumption:-Alcohols such as beer and wine contains large amount of calories. choose sugar-free drink.

and follow advises given below frequent urination may normal in absence of any symptoms and may be because of : excessive intake of water less sweating so kindly let me know if you are having : 1.are you having fever/ burning/ pain while urination? 2.For how long this problem is present? 3. turbid urine present or not? and if above symptoms are present we have to investigate you to rule out infection in urine so kindly get 1.Urine R/M 2.RBS done and consult again with reports

For diabetes follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in fat and high in fibre. Walking for 30 mins a day for at least 5 days in a week is recommended. Medicine will depend upon sugar level.
