Hi For better looking teeth, the first and most important thing is that you teeth should be clean, and free from plaque (accumulated food debris) and stains. Follow these methods to clear dark circles fastly: • Take 6 to 8 hrs sleep regularly. • Do yogasana specially SINHASANA & Bhramari Pranayam. • Apply piece of cucumber on your both eyes. • Apply almond oil or you can apply capsule of vitamin E mix it in mosturiser or cream you have daily around the eye in night and massage it lightly daily. • Take a piece of potato and make it's juice by crush it apply its juice for 15 min daily. • • Take 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric (haldi) with one teaspoon of besan mix it with water and make paste apply it around eyes for 10 minutes and make it dry remove it. • Eat green leafy vegetables daily and fruits daily. Yes if we do sex only on ovulation day once only then there is chances of male pregnancy. Ovulation day can be calcuated by mentrual period if regular, by ultrsound follicular study and by lh strip method.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

Hi lybrate-user. Welcome to lybrate. The cyst you have mentioned is pretty big and it seems to be an endometrioma. These cysts not only disturb menses and cause pain but also result in infertility. I suggest you get it surgically removed by a good gynaecologist in your area. I'm sure you will conceive soon after. Hope this information has been helpful. All the best. Try to relieve your stress, Do Yoga daily. Take lots of Water, fruits. Do not take oily, spicy foods. And last of all Take medicines internally .Do not use any creams/Lotions for that.

20 wks. As nwdays dual marker triple marker and quadruple markers are done to detect abnormality. So proof is necessary for aborting between 12-20 wks if any abnormality. Otherwise up-to 12 wks without any reason.

For weight gain in a healthy way, 1. Have buffalo or cow milk. (Hot/ cold) with milk powder. 2. Have 3 litres water daily. (70% body is made of water) 3. Have frequent meals comprising foods high in nutrient & energy density but low in volume. Ex: fruit & almonds milkshake, fruit juice, sugarcane juice, cheese potato chicken sandwich, rice/ atta maida roti with ghee, til chikki, dry fruits, premix, malt, soybean cutlets, fish fingers, stuffed parathas, paneer roll, thick creamy soup, banana, dates, mango. 4. Avoid water with or just before meals 5. Have 15 mins light walk before main meals to enhance appetite. 5. Practice 30 mins strength exercises daily empty stomach. Consider getting a thyroid test done to rule out hyperthyroidism.

Height will not grow at this age.Exercise regularly ,weight train atleast 3 days a week.Eat atleast 100 gms peanuts,4 bananas daily besides regular food. You will gain 3 kgd in month if you take care of these simple steps.

White line are stretch marks. They can occur both due to sudden weight gain or sudden weight loss. Strectch marks occur due to sudden stretching or sagging of the skin. Stretch marks also depends on the elasticity of a person’s skin and the skin elasticity depends on the vitamins like vitamin E, omega 3 & 6. Strech marks take a long time to fade, so patience is the key to deal with stretch marks. To lighten the appearance of stretch marks – 1.Scrub the area lightly once a day. You can use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to scrub the area. 2.Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the area. 3.Apply Aloe Vera gel once a day on the area 4.Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health and reduce appearance of the skin. 5.You can also apply creams like Elastoderm stretch mark cream to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Hello Lybrate user according to Ayurveda Vata vikriti is the main factor for pain. Treatment- 1-apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation. 2-take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. 3-Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. 4-Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Diet- Avoid fermented food. Junk food. Potato rice. Sleep well.

Whoever said that is quite wrong. Medicine and therapy in combination are ideal for a cure for depression. In her depressed state she may be frustrated with her weight gain and low moods and is probably looking for some excitement even if it is to irritate you. You need not take it too personally but her depression is serious and needs immediate attention. To handle her weight gain she will need to get on a weight-loss program along with medication and counseling.

6 lesser known symptoms of osteopenia

Deficiency or loss of calcium and phosphorus in the bones among other minerals causes the bones to go weak. With passage of time, some people develop a bone condition where the bone mineral density (bmd) goes very low. This condition is called osteopenia and it is now a very common problem. When the bone density goes even below than what it is in osteopenia, then the person develops osteoporosis. Although it is not mandatory that whoever has osteopenia will end up with osteoporosis as well. Fact is, it is very difficult to notice the signs of osteopenia. Just like osteoporosis, it could be present in your body for years, before your find out that you got the problem. Although we call all weakness of bone as osteoporosis, weakness of bone due to deficiency of calcium and vitamin d are clinically called osteomalacia. To label it as osteoporosis, bone should be weak with a normal blood calcium and vitamin d levels.

The symptoms of osteopenia are:
1. Extreme pain when fracture: this condition doesn't cause any physical pain in normal life. The only time one will experience immense pain is, if there is a fracture in the bone. On the flipside, a lot of fractures occur because of osteoporosis.

2. Receding gums: this symptom is quite a surprise and one we don't usually imagine it to be. While receding gums could be the symptom for many problems, it is one of the symptoms of osteopenia.

3. Brittle nails: if you have weak and brittle fingernails, this is a direct indication of your bone health.

4. Shrinking with age: as we age, we tend to lose height. This happens to those with vertebral fractures and poor postures. In both the conditions, this could be a symptom of osteopenia.

5. Dehydration: in some very rare cases, extreme dehydration has been a silent cause. So if you are suffering from side effects of dehydration, keep a check on your bones too.

6. Pcos: irregular periods in women is also something that could be a symptom for many irregularities, but pcos can also lead to osteopenia as are eating disorder or over exercising.

Earliest symptoms of osteopenia is generalised tiredness, easy fatiguability and vague body or joint pain.
