To gain weight one must eat a balanced diet. Do not skip any meals and eat small and frequent meal. Include wheat germ and take protein rich diet include milk and milk product, all pulses, take a cup of milk with pinch of turmeric powder, you will get proper sleep or you can take 1 banana with a cup of milk. You should do deep breathing thrice in a day.

I have asthma since childhood and taking foracort twice in day, I have family history of cardiac problems. I felt chest heaviness during walk in upward hills in even in 50 meters, I have done my stress eco 2 months ago it was normal. I went on hills last week where I felt that while moving up my chest is heavily and tighter and pains, while stop it stop. I have allergic bronchitis, allergy in eyes, asthma (since childhood, and continues sneezing which trigger my asthma. My igE test observed value is 1876.9 but as per biological reference interval it should be 0-378. What should I do? Is there any cure for this?

Kindly do an allergy skin test for allergens such as fungus, dustmites,pollens in naimumbai uner an allergy specialist and start on oral monteleukast with fexofenadine, and allergy eye drops, and combination inhaler with spacer device. Swimming - Why You Must Hit The Pool?

According to many fitness experts, swimming can be an effective and rigorous fitness workout for people of all age, and everyone should try to hit the pool every day. While this is a regular regime for some, many are into a misconception that swimming is like child’s play. There are also those who think that swimming is not an effective form of weight loss. But the reality is that swimming is one of the best cardio exercises, and you must include it in your regular fitness regime.

And, in case you are running out of reasons to indulge in swimming, here are a few important points to convince you.

  1. Swimming is good for heart health: Swimming is known to provide an unparalleled conditioning of cardiovascular health if you can practice it with an untainted consistency. Even though other kinds of exercise such as running or cycling can be more effective to boost the levels of metabolism, you should include swimming in cross-training routine. Pushing yourself to swim regularly will improve the overall fitness.

  5. Assists in strengthening the core: One of the most prominent reasons why you should hit the pool regularly is that it helps in improving the core body strength. This is due to utilisation of the major muscle groups at the same time. Even though about 70 percent of the body’s effort rises from the upper portion, moves such as fin and kickboard can offer an excellent lower body workout.

implant or bridging is the best solution for replacing the missing teeth. Root canal is done on decay teeth. it is not the treatment to replace the missing teeth.

It is due to regurgitation of acid, due to gastritis at night, take Tab sompraz D for 14 days take liquid diegicaine 2tsf thrice a day Avoid spicy food, eat on time, stop smoking, alcohol or tobacco use if any. Eat salad fruits, eat in binges. Early to bed and early to rise. Walk at least 45 min after dinner.

That's how god has made us. Even sisters are different. Accept it and at 19 may be you are still growing. Eat lots of simple proteins like toned milk and curds and boiled eggs plus a few nuts, exercise, specially with arms, wright lifting and rowing, keep busy, there are no creams to enhance breasts, don't get fooled by ads. Plastic surgery is the only answer. Stay blessed.

1. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food2 eat and drink slowly. 3. Avoid fatty food, carbonated drink like soda/ soft drink/beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5. Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean, peas, potato, lentil, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom, whole wheat bread. Fruits like apple/peach/pear 6. Avoid stress, anxiety 7. Stop alcohol/ smoking if you have 8. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 9. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 10. Take unienzyme 2 tablet twice daily after food for few days.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

You are most probably suffering from irritable bowel syndrome. In this condition the frequency and urge to go to toilet increases especially just after meals. Ibs can be caused due to many reasons out of which stress is one important cause. When your life and body are stressed, it can lead to ibs. You need to practice deep breathing and relaxation techniques. If your symptoms are not improved, you need to take prescription medication for a period of time.

As per Ayurveda, Pimples & Acne are mainly due to incorrect Daily routine & improper dietary habits generate toxins in the blood & skin which ultimately results in Pimples / Acne and other skin problems. Stress, Pollution & other factors also affects skin health. General Prevention: 1.Take healthy food and avoid unhealthy ones as what you eat is reflected on your face! 2.Avoid Junk Food, Oily & Spicy food, excessive coffee/tea.
