Why are your gaining weight despite working out?

Many people have a common workout woe that while they are working out for hours they are not losing weight. The reason on a broad sense is simply that you are undoing your workout. Let me explain the reasons here.

1. Calorie overload/dieting - A general opinion amongst a lot of people is that since they are working out, they can binge on their favourite foods. Another group of people are those who workout with utmost sincerity but do not eat post workout. Both are equally harmful and aide fat generation.
2. Not staying hydrated - While working out, our bodies lose a lot of water. Often, we confuse the feeling of being thirsty as being hungry. So after a workout, when one might actually be hungry, one ends up filling the stomach with food. Stay hydrated at all times, especially before and after workout.
3. Drinking alcohol - A lot of people workout during the day and drink in the evening. This is a strict no-no and if not adhered to, you will end up gaining more weight than losing. Usually it is recommended staying completely off alcohol while trying to lose weight because drinks have calories and high sugar content. If abstaining is difficult, restrict the quantity.
4. Not working out enough - Human mind can be fooled very easily into believing what is not. We often believe that we our workout is enough and we don’t need to increase the number of counts, level of difficulty etc. It is good to give yourself a pat in the back, but never too soon.
5. Rewarding yourself - Rewarding yourself after losing every kilo is a very bad idea. Set a big goal and reward yourself only once achieved.
6. Drinking energy drinks - Advertisements promote energy drinks as a must for people who are working out. What they conveniently hide is the fact that these drinks are full of sugar.
7. Not eating enough vegetables - Many people turn to protein shakes and unhealthy foods instead of eating regular home-cooked vegetables which are packed with nutrients.

Eat healthy nutritious food containing proteins vitamins and minerals. Take supplements containing aminoacids vitamins and minerals Exercise regularly. Please get an evaluation done from a dermatologist if this does not help.

do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. We need to bring ldl cholesterol to below 100 and apart from medication few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout’s can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

Ovarian Function, Age, and Fertility!

The ovaries are an important part of the female reproductive system. In a normal scenario, a woman has two ovaries that lie on either side of the uterus. Their main function is to produce eggs and release them into the fallopian tubes. These eggs then travel to the uterus where they may be fertilized. The ovaries are also responsible for the release of estrogen and progesterone. These hormones help regulate the menstrual cycle.

The functioning of the ovaries is directly related to a woman’s age. When a girl is born her ovaries have approximately 2 million eggs. These are in the form of follicles. By the time she reaches puberty, this number would have reduced to around 400,000. It is believed that a woman releases only around 450 eggs during her entire reproductive period. This is less than 1% of the eggs she was born with. During each menstrual cycle, one of the follicles will mature into an egg and be released. At the same time, some follicles may die. Thus, as a woman ages, the number of eggs available reduces. By her 30th birthday, the rate at which eggs are lost increases. By her 40th birthday, a woman’s eggs will die rapidly. Without a healthy egg being released sperm cells will have nothing to fertilize. Thus, ovarian functioning decreases as a woman grows older. This implies that the risk of infertility also increases as a woman grows older.

Along with a decrease in the number of eggs available the quality of eggs also reduces with age. Thus, though the ovaries may release an egg even when a woman is in her 40s, the chance of these eggs being fertilized is very low. Even if the egg is fertilized, women who conceive a child after the age of 40 have a high risk of miscarriage. There is no direct way to assess the quality of a woman’s eggs but some tests may help indicate the chances of getting pregnant. This includes a Basal FSH to indicate the level of follicle stimulating hormones, tests to determine the amount of Estradiol and tests to determine ovarian reserve. Ultrasounds can also help assess the number of follicles in the ovaries. This test is known as an Antral Follicle Count.

Infertility caused by decreased functioning of the ovaries is usually termed as unexplained infertility. In such cases, IVF is often the most preferred form of treatment.

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid, vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful. Use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1 tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that the patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that patient is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days, inform.

So today we are here to discuss the very important topic in our day to day life that is Premature Ejaculation. So what exactly premature ejaculation is? Simply premature ejaculation is early ejaculation, but scientifically according to the old concept it can be said as when your ejaculating time is within 1 or 1.5 minutes, it can be considered as a premature ejaculation. But according to recent changes, and recent science any ejaculation can be premature ejaculation when it does not satisfy you or your partner. So unsatisfactory ejaculation is called as premature ejaculation, okay. So what are the causes of premature ejaculation? Dominant causes are the anxiety of any, because of any reason. Second facidiety of pelvic floor muscles. Third hyper excitement during sexual activity. You are not able to control your excitement. So how you can manage your premature ejaculation. There are few tips I am going to give you on this premature ejaculation. I hope these are helpful to you. So one of the things is good foreplay. Most of them, most important cause that patient feel he is ejaculated prematurely because his partner is not satisfied and when you female partner is not satisfied you can increase, try to increase satisfaction level with help of good foreplay. Good foreplay excites her and using, by using, stimulating her, clitoris and vagina you can give her orgasm before inserting your penis in he. So the burden of satisfying her is decreased a little bit after using this technique. A good foreplay and stimulating her with her clitoris with your either manually or orally okay. So second thing is managing your anxieties. Try to find out your root cause of anxieties and try to manage those anxieties. If you are not able to find visit a therapist. He can help you to find out your anxieties. Where, weather it is occupational, whether it is financial problem or family problem or a sexually related problem. So he can also help you to manage your anxieties. Third thing is masturbation, masturbation is very helpful, during, like to increase your ejaculation time. When you masturbation regularly, it automatically increase your ejaculation time and especially when you masturbate just before one or two hour before sex, or one day before sex, your ejaculatinon can be increased, time can be increased dramatically. Third thing is a stop and start technique of master Johnson’s. so it is a very important technique. You can apply in a four phases. In stop and start technique, first you should know k where is your point of noredone. Jahan sy apko ejaculation rokna mushkil ho jata hai. To wo point k phly apko rokna hai ejaculation ko. To phly ap musterbate krty huwy kro. Q k hand is little bit hard than vagina. To us main ap jab musterbate karo gy to just wo jo the point of noredone any sy phly e apko stimulate krna rokna hai apny penis ko. Or us k bd apko thora sa apka excitement level ko cool down krna hai, cool off krna hai. Us k bd wapis apko same procedure repeat krna hai. Start stimulating your with the help of your hand or just noredone sy phly ap us ko relax kro to is sy kya hoga k apka time duration barhy ga. Aisy 3 cycles k bad ap 4th cycle main ejaculate karo. To 3 cycles ap just ejaculate nai kr rhy ho or 4th cycle main ap ejaculate kr rhy ho. So this is a practice you should apply every day, or twice or thrice a week. And similarly then gradually you can increase then, ap apny partner ko masturbate krny ko lagao. So with the help of increase stimulation also you can able to hold that ejaculation then, oral sex main agr ap try krna chahty ho to oral sex main ejaculation ko aisa kro gy k 3 bar rokna hai phr 4th bar ejaculate krna hai and finally in vaginal sex. To finally ap vaginal sex main ye use kr skty ho k andar dal k you will try to hold it before your end point. Okay. So ap gradual sensitivity barhaty huwy ye stop and start technique use kr skty ho. Third thing, medicines. There are very good medicines in the market that can increase your ejaculation time, but you should suppose to see your sexologist before taking it. Don’t take it over the counter. 4th things, there are many positions and many positons and many strokes, different strokes, different kind of strokes are there, that can increase your ejaculation time. In positions for example, one on the top position, okay. It is a very good position when your ejaculation time can be increase. Even in strokes, we know only strokes, only one stroke. Tis to and forth stroke. So there are many strokes like rounding up strokes, side by strokes, that can really increase your ejaculation time, so rounding up stroke is a good type of stroke jis main ap ka ejaculation time kafi had tk increase ho skta hai. 4th thing is many different kind of condoms are available over the counter and some anesthetic spray or gel are available but before taking these gels or spray please consult your doctors because these gels can really allergic for some person and for that expert opinion should be taken before doing this. Okay, last and the most important thing is kegel exercises. Kegel exercises are the exercises to strength your penvic muscle. You take so much care of your biceps, your triceps, your pelvic muscles, all of your muscles. But except the most important muscle of your body is pelvic muscle. Pelvic muscle is responsible for your proper Eraction is responsible for your increasing or deciding your ejaculation time. We never give time to strnghten our pelvic muscles. So these kegel exercises. These exercises are given on internet. I will advise you to consult a therapist for this proper exercise or proper guidance on it. I hope this video is helpful to you. Improve your diet .have lot of protein fruits sprouts salads n all. Use arnica Montana hair oil of SBL and almond shampoo of sunny. Both r homeopathic product. Can purchase from homeopathic medical only. Please do consult with good homoeopathic Dr. for early and better results.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.
