Premature ejaculation and homoepathic treatment

BHMS
Homeopath, Sindhudurg
Premature ejaculation and homoepathic treatment

Premature ejaculation is a common sexual complaint. Both psychological and biological factors can play a role in premature ejaculation.

Homeopathic medication, psychological counseling and sexual techniques that delay ejaculation can improve sex.

Symptoms

The primary sign of premature ejaculation is ejaculation that occurs before both partners wish, causing concern or distress.

1. Ejaculation that always or nearly always occurs within one minute or less of vaginal penetration

2. The inability to delay ejaculation on all or nearly all vaginal penetrations

3. Negative personal consequences, such as distress, anger, frustration or the avoidance of sexual intimacy.

4. Is marked by persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal
Stimulation before, on, or shortly after penetration.

The exact cause of premature ejaculation is not known. It involves a complex interaction of both psychological and biological factors.

Psychological causes
Early sexual experiences may establish a
Pattern that can be difficult to change later in life, such as:

1. Situations in which you may have hurried to reach climax in order to avoid being discovered

2. Guilty feelings that increase your tendency to rush through sexual encounters

Other factors that can play a role in causing premature ejaculation include:

Erectile dysfunction. Men who are anxious about obtaining or maintaining their erection during sexual intercourse may form a pattern of rushing to ejaculate which can be difficult to change.

Anxiety. Many men with premature ejaculation also have problems with anxiety - either specifically about sexual performance or caused by other issues.

Relationship problems. Interpersonal issues between the partners may contribute to this problem.

Biological causes
A number of biological factors may contribute to premature ejaculation, including:

Abnormal hormone levels

Abnormal levels of brain chemicals called neurotransmitters.

The abnormal reflex activity of the ejaculatory system.

Certain thyroid problems

Inflammation and infection of the prostate or urethra

Rarely, premature ejaculation is caused by:

Nervous system damages resulting from surgery or trauma

Withdrawal from narcotics.

Complications

While premature ejaculation doesn't increase your risk of serious health problems, it can cause problems in your personal life, including:

1. Relationship strains. The most common complication of premature ejaculation is relationship stress.

2. Fertility problems. Premature ejaculation can occasionally make fertilization difficult or impossible for couples who are trying to become pregnant.

Diet and nutrition: one should take a diet rich in citrus fruits, sprouts, egg, fish, wheat germ oil, flax seeds, almond, figs, walnut and seeds preferably muskmelon. Drink plenty of water, avoid too much use of antidepressant drugs, avoid narcotic drugs, avoid excess alcohol. Sleeping hours must be 7-8. Yoga is also beneficial in keeping good health but before doing yoga always have an expert opinion.

Homeopathic medicines indicated for this problem are:
Berberis, caladium, carbo veg, china, conium, calc carb, eryng-aqua, gels, graph, lyco, natrum carb, natrum mur, nux vom, phos acid, phos, picric acid, platina, selenium, spongia, staph, sulph, sepia, titanium, vanilla, zinc.

Homeopathic treatment cures premature ejaculation without side effects permanently.

Pumpkin Extract Beneficial for Diabetic Patients

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
Pumpkin extract has insulin–like effects. It can help people with diabetes keep their blood sugar under control.

Quoting Chinese researchers that animals with drug–induced diabetes treated with pumpkin extract had lower blood glucose levels, greater insulin secretion, and more insulin–producing beta cells than diabetic rats that weren’t given the extract. This action may be due to the presence of both antioxidants and D–chiro–inositol, a molecule that mediates insulin activity.

Pumpkin extract is potentially a very good product for pre–diabetic persons, as well as those who have already developed diabetes.

Pumpkin is frequently used to treat diabetes and high blood glucose in Asia.

Diabetes affects all organs in the body – Eyes, kidneys, nerves, reproductive system all are affected, In fact, from toe to hair. For diabetic control, patient and doctor should be in constant touch for regular follow up and advice. The common symptoms are:-Both types of diabetes have some of the same tell-tale warning signs. Hunger and fatigue. Your body converts the food you eat into glucose that your cells use for energy. But your cells need insulin to bring the glucose in. If your body doesn't make enough or any insulin, or if your cells resist the insulin your body makes, the glucose can't get into them and you have no energy. This can make you more hungry and tired than usual. Urinating more often and being thirstier. The average person usually has to pee between four and seven times in 24 hours, but people with diabetes may go a lot more. Dry mouth and itchy skin. Because your body is using fluids to make pee, there's less moisture for other things. You could get dehydrated, and your mouth may feel dry. Dry skin can make you itchy. Blurred vision. Changing fluid levels in your body could make the lenses in your eyes swell up. They change shape and lose their ability to focus. Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin, or both. It is a difficult task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (Self-Monitoring of Blood glucose – SMBG). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of Fasting sugar (FBS) and 2 hours after food (PPBS), & HbA1C (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ Insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & life style. For diabetes, hypertension (high BP) and many long-term illness control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner. For giving you regular follow up you ask me with all details like your daily eating pattern and medicines you take. I assure you a proper guidance. If you keep in touch personally. Dosage of the thyroid is always adjusted by seeing the reports, so get your thyroid testing done and check out whats the result, that will tell you whether the dosage is correct or not, do not self medicate yourself.

Mr. Lybrate-user, if diabetes is detected, then appropriate treatment should be initiated, so that blood glucose is kept under strict control. To achieve good control fasting glucose should be 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg/100 ml and hba1c% <6.8. If these levels are maintained all the symptoms will disappear and patient feel fit and healthy. Apart from drugs, there has to be a restricted diet and regular exercise for 1 hour a day. That will help in achieving a better blod glucose control. Thanks.

Your sugar level is increase its leads to diabetes its bad for health. Usually the diabetes has more of a insulin resistance than actual insulin deficiency. But if you are requiring insulin that means their may be additional pancreatic failure. Stress factors can also increase sugar level, obesity, irregular lifestyle and some medicine. But you can also see that your sugar levels are still not controlled. So here again insulin resistance has to be worked out. In our practice we have seen this kind of problems responding very quickly if you start

Mr. Lybrate-user, tsh level above 6 milli units is considered as sub clinical hypothyroidism. Usually treatment is given after the tsh level crosses 10 milli units / ml. Your bmi is 34.43 kgs/ m2, which is grade 1 obesity. Is the weight increase recent one or you have been having this from earlier? because hypothyroidism does lead to weight gain. Some experts are of the opinion even at sub clinical level, it is better to give thyroxine tablets. That is done if any symptoms related hypothyroidism are noticed. You should avoid soy beans, soy containing products, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, peanuts, mustard and coffee. Use iodinated salt. Exercise regularly and take a restricted diet.

In case of diabetes the body does not produce sufficient insulin hormone (type 2 diabetes) that is required to regulate the sugar levels. (insulin is required by the cells to use glucose /sugar ). Due to this condition the sugar levels rise in the body as it is not utilised normally. We give medicines that stimulate the pancreas to produce insulin and help the body to remain normal. Please discuss your health problems with your doctor so that you can manage it properly. You can update the reports here (and what the doctor has diagnosed and line the of treatment advised). It can be explained accordingly. Please followup regularly. Do adapt a healthy lifestyle and avoid all bad habits to protect your health. You can also take Homeopathy along with your current treatment as it can support your immune system in a natural way without any side-effects.

Your reports seem to be within normal limits. Goitre seems to be benign. There is no medical line of management. Surgery is only option if at all you are concerned with cosmesis. Or else you can just leave it alone it won't harm you in any way.
