I am having finger pain in my left hand thumb from past 4 months. My thumb got stretched back suddenly while pressing the car seat spring button. Its not giving me unbearable pain, but there is a continuous pain while lifting heavy things or even shaking hands. Its giving me a uncomfortable feeling and also I am not able to pop this finger. The pain is in between the wrist and thumb, there is no pain in the thumb joints. I tried using joint pain palms .but no effect. Any suggestions or home remedies?

I am 47 years old working at airport my weight is 84 and height is 5.10 I have very bad pain in my right knee a very less pain in my left knee my right knee sometime getting stuck when I walk than I have to put my leg up side down from the knee and I can hear voice when 2 bones get stuck like that from the knee many people suggest me to go for homeopathic.

Apply hot fermentation manage your weight, upper body weight also stress knee joints do morning & evening walk get x-ray of knee joints to rule out whether its arthritis do knee isometrics- lie straight, keep a towel roll under your knee, press it downwards hold for 3 sec & relax, 20 repetitions each leg, twice daily sitting on a chair or side of bed lift leg up hold for 3 sec & relax, 10 repetitions each leg, twice daily, ensure that while sitting back should be straight sitting on a chair do ball kicking- take a basketball or football & do 10 kicks each, twice daily avoid long standing or walking for long distances avoid floor sitting, squatting position &crossed leg position should do minimal stair climbing.

Hi lybrate-user, While neck and shoulder pain can occur due to traumatic injuries or bone degeneration, muscle strain represents the main cause. 1. Relieve Stress: Getting rid of the cause of shoulder and neck pain marks the first step toward healing. Home treatment should begin with rest, a break in an exercise routine and an attempt to address the source of upper-body pain. 2. Releive Pain: Home treatment to reduce inflammation eases pain symptoms. For short-term shoulder and neck pain relief, doctors recommends nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as naproxen and ibuprofen, along with acetaminophen. These medications can be used periodically for chronic pain, but may result in long-term side effects. They are over the counter drugs available without prescription. 3. Hot Cold Compression - You can also consider moist heat and cold compresses safe for either short- or long-term conditions of neck and shoulder pain. Heat applications can come from a hot shower, a hot-water bottle or a reusable heated gel pack. Cold packs can be made with ice, a bag of frozen peas or a chilled gel pack. Patients should alternate 20 minutes of heat with 20 minutes of cold, ending with cold therapy to discourage inflammation. 4. Restore Function: Restore Function Immobilizing the neck for long periods of time will make painful muscular conditions worse. Home treatment to restore muscle strength and flexibility should begin as soon as the initial acute neck and shoulder pain and inflammation have passed, usually within 48 hours of onset. Hi migraine headaches are caused due to sinusitis which may not be noticed as you must not be knowing its symptoms. Take following medicines nat suph 30 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 15 days kali bich 200 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 15 days take plain water steam once a day avoid eating curd, icecreams, pickles, papad, citrus fruits, watermelon, green skin bananas, pineapple, strawberries, custard apple, guavas. Stop using mosquito repellants. As these are the causes which worsen the headche.
