Hi. It may be due to Overweight and degenerative changes. Get x-ray done If stiffness is present. Do Hot Fomentation knee exercises- put a towel roll under knee, press and hold for 10secs then release. Repeat it for 10 times twice daily. Avoid squatting Avoid stair climbing Can visit near by physiotherapy clinic.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out Diabetes. Any way it may be tried, --.Acetaminophen 250mg OD & SOS. X 5days. --.Caldikind plus (from Mankind)1 tab OD x 5 days. --. Fomentation with warm water. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. -- .Do mild exercises for back, (Take help of a physiotherapist). Kindly make sure, there is no allergy to any of these medicines. (Contact family doctor, if needed). For emergency treatment visit nearest hospital. Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. If no relief in 2-3 days, contact me again.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINES FLUOFIN or ADEL 15 DROPS ( ADEL) Drink 15 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily LEUCONA-F ( R.S.BHARGAWA) Take 2 spoons twice daily Report after 3 months Natural Ways To Treat Leucorrhoea Amla Amla or Indian gooseberry helps to cure leucorrhoea. Take 3 grams amla powder and 6 grams honey, mix them to make a paste and take it two times a day for 30 days. Take 20 grams amla juice mixed with ½ tea spoon honey for one month for positive result. Banana You should eat banana every day when you are suffering from leucorrhoea. Eat one banana with milk and honey in the morning. You can cook raw banana to make vegetable and eat it with your meals. Mash two ripe bananas and mix it with 3 teaspoons of honey and take it two three times a day. Pomegranate Pomegranate is beneficial when eaten as a fruit or consumed as juice but for leucorrhoea its leaves also holds medicinal value. Take 30 fresh pomegranate leaves, wash them thoroughly and grind them with 10 black peppercorns. Mix the paste with half a glass of water and strain it. Drink this liquid in morning and evening fo three weeks. Dry Ginger Powder (Sonth) Take 2 teaspoon of dry ginger powder and boil it in 250ml. Of water till the water is reduced to half. Drink this decoction for three weeks and you will be relieved of leucorrhoea. Basil (Tulsi) Basil or tulsi has marvellous medicinal value. It has the power to cure several diseases and it can also prevent many ailments. You can use tulsi to cure leucorrhoea in many ways. Mix the juice of basil leaves and honey in equal proportion and take it in the morning and evening for two weeks. Mix 1 tea spoon tulsi juice with 1/2 tea spoon cumin powder and consume it with cow’s milk for three weeks. Take tulsi juice with crystallized sugar (Mishri). Alum (Phitkari) Alum is a natural antiseptic and it can be taken orally or can be used externally to treat leucorrhoea. Take ¼ tea spoon of alum powder with water two times a day to cure excessive vaginal discharge. You can dissolve alum powder in water and use it as vaginal douche for treating the infection. This is a very effective remedy to cure various type of infections related to genitals.

Last year three times I suffered from Gout. My uric acid was high to the tune of 13. I consulted some doctors and got treatment. Every time I suffered from Gout, I took Zyloric 100 mg three times a day for two weeks and got relief. Later on I changed my eating habits and started consuming Gluten free food. Now my uric acid is around 3. But for last few weeks though I am not on medication, nor my uric acid is high, joints of my fingers (palms as well as feet) ache on moving, more especially right and left hand thumb. Can anybody suggest good treatments consisting less of medicines ?

The best treatment of gout consists of restoring the balance of vata (air element) and detoxifying the blood. High protein diet should be avoided in cases of increased uric acid. Mix one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink it two to three times daily. If you find this remedy helpful, you can increase the dosage of apple cider vinegar to up to two tablespoons. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 twice a day. Kaishor guggul and chandraprabha vati 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Tea. Coffee. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption.

Ankle Pumps •Lie on your back. •Move ankles up and down. Repeat 10 times. •Repeat 10 times. Heel Slides Lie on your back. Abdominal Contraction •Lie on your back with knees bent and hands resting below ribs. •Tighten abdominal muscles to squeeze ribs down toward back. •Be sure not to hold breath. •Hold 5 seconds. •Relax. •Repeat 10 times. ••Slowly bend and straighten knee. •Repeat 10 times Wall Squats •Stand with back leaning against wall. •Walk feet 12 inches in front of body. •Keep abdominal muscles tight while slowly bending both knees 45 degrees. •Hold 5 seconds. •Slowly return to upright position. •Repeat 10 times.

Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

My aunt had an spinal injury before 18 month and she is on bed, treatment is going on regular by the consultation of neuro-surgeon. Have spondylitis since 6 yrs. Right side lumbar nerve pressed. Left ankle got severely burnt 9 years back. Have pain in whole body now. Starts from left side of waist. Feels tightening pain which spreads to the leg and head. Can hear sounds and the pain is pricking and sensational. On lying down, the body starts becoming loose and feels like all nerves muscles and bones have separated. The tailbone and waist areas have become severely dry. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.
