Avoid cabbage cbc thyroid pt has iron deficiency anaemia so that throat infection is common do daily gargle Avoid chilly.

Steam inhalation twice a day warm saline gargle twice a day Avoid chilly n cold water n ice cream don't sleep just below fast fan cooler A C breathing exercises.
