I am 30 years old. After 6 months gap I joined a gym (after marriage) and now I joined a gym. Now I am getting pain in my wrist Why it's happening?
I hear clicking sound coming from every joint and muscles and I have pain in my left hip joint and ankle since 6 month now I am 26 year old and I have hemiplegia since 11 year. It's a chronic disease. So tell is this fair Please answer this question.
