As per your description it can be due to a bacterial, viral or fungal infection or some irritants. Hexidine mouth wash can be used if its due to any infection. Need further details for evaluation.

Dear lybrate-user, it appears that you may be having an anxiety disoder on the basis of your symptoms. The test reports you have put up including thyroid function reports, are all normal. Do you have sleep disturbances and sudden episodes of panic? The other problem you seem to have is nasal allergy for which you need to figure out what things you are allergic to and avoid them.
