Hello and welcome. These symptoms may be due to gastroesophageal reflux. I suggest that you eat light meals at frequent intervals .Avoid spicy food and oily food. Take an over the counter antacid for 2-3 days. Take early dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Go for walk at least 30-45 minutes daily. If symptoms persist get examined. Keep me posted. There are some reasons which can cause like sensitive throat when u brush saliva mixed with foam enters the throat can cause nausea,,,brush very hard also can cause it,,taking tea or coffee before ur brushing can cause it,,if ur taking NSAIDs it can also,,there may be a psychological factor behind it,,use brush with soft bristle,,mouth breathing during brushing also helps to get rid of this,,relax ur mind,, don't open ur mouth too much,,if u have gastric problem u should correct it by homoeopathic treatment,,

It may be due to faulty brushing technique or the type of toothpaste you are using or due to inflammation in your tongue or nasopharynx. Do not use toothpaste with chemicals, use a herbal toothpaste instead. Do not use a tongue cleaner, it is not required. Before brushing, gargle with normal saline.
