Please do a urine test for routine and culture first. You could be having uti. Secondly you need to spend your spare time outdoors and engage yourself in physical activities such as gym, etc. Stop all outside foods ,be vegetarian drink water according to your thirst only limit masturbation to once a week .which is normal.
