Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the information given. From the description given it appears you are having a problem of enlarged prostate. Please tell me why do you take that alkaline liquid (citralka or some such preparation ), because it is usually given to reduc irritation that may occur while passing the urine. That happens with urinary tract infection (uti). The urgency to pass urine and incomplete evacuation of bladder (some urine remains inside), is seen in benign enlargement of prostate gland. So please clarify whether you had uti and since when this particular problem is noticed?
