An infection in a kidney can cause it to shrink. Normally kidney infections do not cause permanent damage to a kidney, or leave a small scarred area in the kidney. Occasionally, though, a severe kidney infection (acute pyelonephritis) can damage the kidney so much that it becomes small. Homeopathy treatment is best. It treats from the root. You also need to consult a qualified counsellor in your area and take their advice to get yourself released of all emotional trauma you hold within Symptoms suggests you are too much overworked and anxious You can engage yourself in some form of yoga or relaxation to take care of your stress and anxiety as apparently from your situation it seems you are very anxious. You should also share issues with close friends and pursue your hobbies to buildup your self esteem. Maybe gardening, writing, painting, music etc.

If her kidney are shrinked and creatinine is around 4 better to start treatment by a nephrologist. Strictly follow his medical and dietary advice. With strict dietary requirements also sometimes the creatinine might continue to rise and she might require dialysis in future. So continue monitoring the creatinine and follow nephrologist advice.

If he she feeling fine, doesnt get breathless, if her potassium and acid levels are fine , then she doesn’t require dialysis at this creatinine. However, it all depends upon her overall clinical condition
