Hello, Priyanka you have not mentioned your normal menstrual cycle duration. Let us presume that your cycle is of 28 days. Also the date mentioned of last menses is 21 Feb.(Add 28 days to 21 feb= 20 March) To calculate ovulation date ,subtract half of 28 days from your next due date. ie. 20 March -14= 6 March Pregnancy is only possible during the five days before ovulation through to the day of ovulation. These six days are the ‘fertile window’ in a woman’s cycle. So Pregnancy is only possible if you had sex on 1,2,3,4,5,6 March.You had sex on 9 march so your chances of pregnancy are rare if I presume that your Menses cycle was of 28 days I hope that answers your doubt. Early signs of Pregnancy: Every woman is different. So are her experiences of pregnancy. Not every woman has the same symptoms or even the same symptoms from one pregnancy to the next. Also, because the early symptoms of pregnancy often mimic the symptoms you might experience right before and during menstruation, you may not realize you're pregnant. 1) After conception, the fertilized egg attaches itself to wall of the uterus. Get urine pregnancy test done if it shows pregnancy. These are normal symptoms. But show your self to doctor.

Hi maahi, as ur June beta HCG is negative there is no chance of pregnency.but if cysts in scan ur talking about is PCOS then ull have irregular periods so u can wait till 40 days for ur periods.but after periods u need to see gyneac for further checkup.

Some patient notice few symptoms of early pregnancy like prickling, tingling nipples, spotting and cramping, feeling sick, tender, swollen breasts, feeling tired, darker nipples, food cravings and altered sense of smell but not necessary all patient present all that symptom. So, you don, t worry.
