The biopsy should be done without having taken the Regesterone. Take the styptovit for now and if you are able to get the biopsy done next month, get it done before your next period date. If not take Regesterone again for 3-6 months and then go for it when the situation improves.

your endometrial thickness is more than normal,you should go for endometrial biopsy (D&C)and endometrial curettings should be sent for histopathological examination to know the cause of thickened endometrium.and accordingly treated. and then you should go for fertiliy treatment. uti and thickened endometrium are not related. you should get your urine culture and sensitivity done and accordingly treated for uti . maintain proper perineal hygiene,drink plenty of water.
