Hello, There are various treatments for acne scars which include creams, chemical peels, microdermaabrasion, microneedling, radiofrequency, surgery, fat fill, laser etc. TCA peels do help with ice pick scars, CO2 laser though is a good option it cannot be used in all skin type due to risk of hyperpigmentation. The redness following the laser may last upto 3 months and usually subside. Microneedling Radiofrequency therapy is a good option for collagen induction. What you need to understand is no therapy is perfect a combination of treatment give satisfactory results. Tretinoin creams in long term are also good option to improve the scars but needs to be stopped prior to any procedure. A photograph would help assess you better. Consult a dermatologist.
