That might be due to or it might be due to ankle pain. Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes. Can a person walk without any aid if she (55 age) is not treated surgically for intertrochanteric femur fracture after the bone gets joined (or malunited as surgery was not done)? If the patient is confident they can definitely walk. However for safer reasons it is better to keep a tripod or tetrapod stick (stick with 3 legs or stick with four legs) I have a long time shoulder injury bt it's not recovered properly still I have a little bit pain it is called as peri arthritis shoulder and for that you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. You shall also take physiotherapy treatment called shortwave diathermy which would help you to get relieved with pain.

There is rare chanc of infection in lipoma ,its seems like swelling with no pain, if it is on wrist joint than its a ganglion kindly consult with doc. For further management both are removed by surgery, its a minor procedure.

Get fine needle aspirational cytology FNAC done to confirm lipoma and to rule out other causes of tumor like swelling only cosmetic surgery can remove it only after confirming diagnosis.

lipoma is a collection of fat cells or fatty tissue which can cause selling of a particular area. I your case probably axillary area. It is non malignant and will not usually cause pain.

Hi Thank you posting your concern Lipoma is a benign tumor of fat cells and usually presents as asymptomatic/ painless, soft/rubbery swellings which slip under the fingers when pressed. It is the most common benign form of soft tissue tumor. Multiple lipomas are common. Lipomas are usually small (under one centimeter diameter), remain the same size over years or grow very slowly. Usually, treatment of a lipoma is not necessary, unless the tumor becomes painful or restricts movement or becomes unsightly or bothersome. I would advice you to just observe them over time. If a particular lipoma becomes painful or becomes a cosmetic concern for you or restrict you in some way, then you can go for surgical removal of only that particular lipoma. Dear Mr. lybrate-user, Doing a biopsy doesn't make a cancer spread. Of course the biopsy needs to be done by a surgeon or surgical oncologist who understand the pathology properly. Unfortunately homeopathy for whatever they claim does not cure any swellings/lumps or any cancer. You can show a surgeon or surgical oncologist. If it's a simple swelling like lipoma or fibroma, you don't need any surgery

Hi, It is a fatty lump, called a lipoma. It is a harmless lump, it is removed anyway. So nothing much to worry here. Even it may recur, it is nothing to worry -you can get it removed. Thank you
