Hi kamal Even though you say minimal disc problem as it has been a more than five months without any relief with conservative modalities, Situation is difficult to decide which way is the best. Option one is still you can have repeat nerve root block to decrease your pain in the leg. Option 2- A few occasions, some people need a surgery even though it’s not a significant disc but mainly because of persistent pain issues.
