Some of the 'normal healthy' persons, particularly young ones, may have RBBB which shouldn't cause much concern unless it is associated with some disorders. This may included disorders of lung and certain congenital heart conditions. To be sure, get yourself checked by a physician clinically, and at most an Echocardiography may be done to see whether everything is fine. Wishing all the best.

Hi lybrate-user, There's no specific treatment for bundle branch block itself. However, any underlying health condition that caused bundle branch block, such as heart disease, will need to be treated. Sometimes, bundle branch block is associated with other problems in the heart's electrical system that can lead to dangerously slow heartbeats that need treatment with a temporary or permanent pacemaker. For COPD: Therapy guided by diagnosis and assessment of severity domains–– 10 Each Domain requires separate treatment consideration. For example, if regular symptoms are present, an exercise program needs to be considered regardless of what other domains are present. First line therapy is red. / Second line choices are green. The various treatments can generally be combined as needed, but fixed combinations should not be combined with equivalent individual components. 2) Short acting bronchodilators are rescue medications for acute dyspnea. Frequent use suggests the need for addition of a long acting bronchodilator or other adjustments in therapy. 3) Theophylline may be an additional option for some patients potentially improving lung function and symptoms. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Left bundle branch block or lbbb is nerve conduction block to the left half of your heart which is suggestive that the stimulus for contraction is not going directly to the left part it is going through the right and then to the left part. It is important to rule out any blockage in the blood supply of the left part of the heart causing this problem so you should get yourself a complete cardiac evaluation from a Cardiac Centre. Whether or not you will need any major surgery or procedure depends upon your reports you need to get an 2D echocardiography, repeat your ECG and get back to me with the reports if you need further advice.
