Oh no few pus cells in semen are normal. There is no relation to prostate cancer for ejaculation do kegel exercise regularly.

it will definitely reduce the chance of cancer . but that is not the indication for surgery. it is your symptoms and your response to the medicines which will decide the indication for surgery. HoLEP is good if available.

When this occurs, some men may need support in the form of psychotherapy to manage their condition. Treatment for painful ejaculation depends on the cause. A pelvic exam, including a prostate exam, can assess for prostatitis, bph, and injuries. The doctor may also perform blood work to test for prostate-specific antigen (psa). This substance tends to rise in men with certain prostate conditions, including prostate cancer.

I’m 70 years old. I’m going through ca prostate. I’ve gone through radiotherapy, hormonal therapy and I’m now on chemotherapy. My drugs are zyfoss injection (zoledro denk) 4 mg, stilboestrol 5 mg and ascard tablets. Treatment has been going on for 3 yrs. My bone scan indicate no metastasis yet, this treatment is causing me a lot of pain on the arms and legs. What do I do. Please advise.

Erectile dysfunction (ed) is a condition in which man has trouble in keeping or getting an erection. It is a common male sexual dysfunction. It becomes more common as you get older but it is not a part of aging. Mechanism of erection an erection starts in the brain. Physical and mental stimulation is required for an erection to begin. This stimulation causes nerves in the brain to send chemical messages to nerves which are present in the penis which results in the free flow of blood into the penis. This leads to high pressure in the penis which in turn traps the blood within both corpora cavernosa and then the penis expand. This causes the penis to sustain an erection. When the inflow of blood is stopped, then it opens outflow channels and then penis becomes soft. Then an erection is said to be reversed. Regularly chewing two or three cloves of raw garlic helps treating sexual impotence. In addition, eating garlic bread prepared with whole grains helps in the production of healthy sperms. Hello, i’m coming here being desperate. My doctors keep telling me i’m good, and I know it’s because i’m 22 and they assume i’m too young to be sick, but I can’t ignore my symptoms. I have been having constipation for almost a month, sometimes constipated, sometimes diarrhea, doctors always tell me my blood work and all is fine so i’m good, but I been feeling hot flashes (suddenly feeling heat and sweating for no reason) dizziness, feeling really confused as if I am a different person and then I feel normal again. I have pains around my body, i’m losing weight, I read online and i’m being told cancer such as prostate and it’s scaring me, but other sites say i’m too young for prostate cancer. Please help me know why i’m feeling sick the whole time. Sometimes I feel like it’s hard to breathe as well. And please don’t tell me it’s anxiety, I feel only anxious when I get my symptoms.

You have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. Caffeine, mints or mint-flavoured foods, pungent, sour things, tomato-based foods. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibupani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10 .relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11.
