Hi, I understand your concern. Headaches are quite common in pregnancy. Follow some home remedies before medications please hydrate yourself with water and juices. Use essential oils like eucalyptus oil. Get enough sleep and a good head massage. If it's continuous, take tab. Paracetamol. It's safer than the rest of the painkillers. I would also like to understand if your pain is from the time of your ozofer fcm inj? If yes, then do you have any other symptoms too like palpitations or heaviness in the chest? All oral painkillers will have side effects, especially in your age. Paracetamol is preferred for this reason. If one class of pain killers is not privity adequate relief, then we can combine multiple type of pain killers to avoid side effects. If you have cervical disc disease then physiotherapy should help along with supplememts. Need to establish the diagnosis. If its rheumatoid, then continuous medications are needed to control the disease.

We need more details like :- 1) do you have morning stiffness or not? 2) if there is some morning stiffness, how long that persists? 5-10 min or 1 hour? 3) do you have mild fever in the morning? 4) in last few months did you loose some weight? 5) do you feel hungry or not? 6) do you have any history of fall or injury? 7) while sneezing or cuffing do your got more pain or not 8) while bending forward do you have any pain?
