Wysolone is to be used when no other analgesics work and that to for a short period. 2 years is a long period. Think of getting operated instead of taking steroids. You can also do Hot fomentation(if you are not diabetic), apply diclofenac gel and do static quadriceps exercises.

First get serum testosterone levels checked from some lab. The fear that your penis looks too small or is too small to satisfy your partner during sex is common. But studies have shown that most men who think their penises are too small actually have normal-sized penises. Similarly, studies suggest that many men have an exaggerated idea of what constitutes "normal" penis size. The length of a non-erect penis doesn't consistently predict length when the penis is erect. If your penis is about 13 cm (5 inches) or longer when erect, it's of normal size. A penis is considered abnormally small only if it measures less than 3 inches (about 7.5 centimeters) when erect, a condition called micropenis. Don't believe the hype and do not be taken away by market gimmicks companies offer many types of nonsurgical penis-enlargement treatments, and often promote them with serious-looking advertisements that include endorsements from "scientific" researchers. Look closely — you'll see that claims of safety and effectiveness haven't been proved. Marketers rely on testimonials, skewed data and questionable before-and-after photos. Dietary supplements don't require approval by the food and drug administration, so manufacturers don't have to prove safety or effectiveness. Penis-enlargement products most advertised penis-enlargement methods are ineffective, and some can cause permanent damage to your penis. Here are some of the most widely promoted products and techniques: pills and lotions. These usually contain vitamins, minerals, herbs or hormones that manufacturers claim enlarge the penis. None of these products has been proved to work, and some may be harmful. Vacuum pumps. Because pumps draw blood into the penis, making it swell, they're sometimes used to treat erectile dysfunction. A vacuum pump can make a penis look larger temporarily. But using one too often or too long can damage elastic tissue in the penis, leading to less firm erections. Exercises. Sometimes called jelqing, these exercises use a hand-over-hand motion to push blood from the base to the head of the penis. Although this technique appears safer than other methods, there's no scientific proof it works, and it can lead to scar formation, pain and disfigurement. Stretching. Stretching involves attaching a stretcher or extender device — also referred to as a penile traction device — to the penis to exert gentle tension. A few things that might actually help although there's no guaranteed safe and effective way to enlarge your penis, there are a few things you can do if you're concerned about your penis size. Communicate with your partner. It may be hard to break old habits or to discuss sexual preferences with your partner. But you'll be glad you did — and you may be surprised at the spark it ignites in your sex life. Get in shape and lose the belly fat. If you're overweight and have a "beer gut, your penis might appear shorter than it is. Regular exercise can make a big difference. Better physical conditioning may not only make you look better, but also can improve strength and endurance during sex. Talk to your doctor or a counselor. Feeling unhappy about the size of your penis is common. A certified counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist or your family doctor can help. Many men feel better with reassurance that they are "normal" or with advice about how to better satisfy their partner without resorting to cosmetic penis enlargement.

Dear Ms. Lybrate-user, inhaled medicines are best treatment for diseases like asthma, for 3 reasons 1) the drug dose is very low (in micrograms (mcg) compared to tablets which are in milligrams (mg)) 2) the inhaled medicines enter lungs directly and side effects are lowest 3) inhaled medicines act as both relievers (provide relief in case respiratory diseases) & preventer (prevent asthma attacks) and yes they can be taken life time. You can increase your lung capacity by building up stamina (breathing exercises, yoga) under specialist care. Wishing you good health.

Many things can trigger a muscle cramp. They include: Poor blood circulation in your legs Working calf muscles too hard while exercising Not stretching enough Being active in hot temperatures Muscle fatigue Dehydration Magnesium and/or potassium deficiency A problem such as a spinal cord injury or pinched nerve in your neck or back Muscle cramps can also occur as a side effect of some drugs. Or, sit or lie down with your leg out straight and pull the top of your foot toward your head. For a cramp in the front of the thigh (quadriceps), hold on to a chair to steady yourself and pull your foot back toward your buttock. You can also massage the muscle, ice it, or try taking a bath with Epsom salt. Can I Prevent Them? To help stop cramps before they start: Eat more foods high in vitamins and magnesium and calcium. Sorry to learn that your daughter is having vasculitis Treatment Treatment focuses on controlling the inflammation with medications and resolving any underlying disease that triggered your vasculitis. For your vasculitis, you may go through two treatment phases — first stopping the inflammation and then preventing relapse (maintenance therapy). Both phases involve prescription drugs. Which drugs and how long you need to take them depend on the type of vasculitis, the organs involved and how serious your condition is. Some people have initial success with treatment, then experience flare-ups later. Others may never see their vasculitis completely go away and need ongoing treatment. Medications Your doctor may prescribe a corticosteroid drug, such as prednisone or methylprednisolone (Medrol), to help control inflammation. Side effects of corticosteroids can be severe, especially if you take them for a long time. Possible side effects include weight gain, diabetes and bone thinning (osteoporosis). If a corticosteroid is needed for long-term (maintenance) therapy, you'll likely receive the lowest dose possible. Other medications may be prescribed with corticosteroids to control the inflammation so that the dosage of corticosteroids can be tapered more quickly. These medications are sometimes called steroid-sparing and may includemethotrexate (Trexall), azathioprine (Imuran, Azasan), mycophenolate (Cellcept) or cyclophosphamide. The specific medication that you'll need depends on the type and severity of vasculitis you have, which organs are involved, and any other medical problems that you have. Biologic therapies such as rituximab or tocilizumab may be recommended, depending on the type of vasculitis you have. Please keep in touch with a good rheumatologist, it should not be difficult as you are in chennai.

In older females osteoporosis is common cause of chronic back pain which can be treated with drug treatment. There is long list of causes of back pain, among which very few are dangerous but curable if appropriately treated early. So an objective evaluation should be done at least once for warning sign.
