You must get yourself properly examined and investigated by a 1) physician to test blood for fasting, after food and test called hba1c exact status of no diabetes, pre diabetes, confirmed diabetes - under control or no control, requiring diet, exercise and medication etc is to be seen. Diabetes may or may not have complaints like thirst. 2) if necessary you should consult a skin specialist for proper diagnosis, investigations, long term medication and instruction for recurrence. 3) if married possibility of fungal skin infection in partner is also important.

There is very good natural ayurvedic medicine by himalaya i.e himalaya diabecon ds, heard some really positive reviews from that. As for diet, try to consume foods rich in fat soluble vitamins. Also try lemongrass tea, lemongrass can be easily grown at home too. It is a very safe herb. At last, minimise stress or try to not take stress at all.

Try to offload joint which is less of using stairs, sitting on chair, avoid sitting cross leg. Along with quadriceps strength exercises. Thanks.

It is advisable to test blood glucose level before and 30 mins after breakfast, lunch and dinner for next 3 days. Then only it can be concluded if your blood glucose level have reverted back to pre-covid levels. Yes severe hunger and alleviation of same after stopping acarbose is a sign of hypoglycemia induced by anti-diabetic drugs. Hello, thanks for the query. The glucose levels mentioned look very good, showing a well controlled diabetes. Since there is no information hba1c%, dietary pattern & extent of daily exercise etc, no further comments can be made. As regards "pain abdomen: following taking olmesatran, it is difficult to know the reason. You ask your physician to change the treatment to some other anti-hypertensive drug. Thanks.
