Digestive impairment is one of the major cause for gases & bloating. To increase digestive capability you need to follow some dietary advice & medicines.
Dont teat bakery products, fermented foods like idli-dosa, junk-fast food.
Also avoid horse gram, oily,spicy, fried food.
Avoid drinking water immediately after meal, instead drink water 45 minutes after meal.
Avoid day sleeping, Dont eat food while you are not hungry.
Include more dietary fibres in your diet- vegetables, salad etc.
You can try taking gandharva HAritaki churna 4 to 5 gm with warm water in night.
