I feel discomfort in my stomach. Most of the foods make me bloat and cause diarrhea. Sometimes I feel pain in my back. But most of the time under the belly. My urination has changed recently I feel discomfort there too. It hurts sometimes.(ct scan shows no sign of a kidney stone) and I have rectal pain when using bathroom. It hurts when I sit down. There is a bump near my anus with a yellow dot on it. I took some tests and every thing was ok expect that there was e.coli cyst in one of my stool tests, that my doctor didn't care actually.

It can be because of a chronic stomach infection. Is there mucus in stools (as there was e. Coli). Any problem in urination. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat-in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If Punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to the south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gym etc. For more details, you can consult me.

The cause of breathlessness can be many but as all the tests done so far are normal, you seem to have anxiety and need meditation and yoga to feel normal. You may also do a tmt test and do a cardiology checkup.

Hi Lybrate user, Digestive impairment is one of the major cause for gases & bloating. To increase digestive capability you need to follow some dietary advice & medicines. Dont teat bakery products, fermented foods like idli-dosa, junk-fast food. Also avoid horse gram, oily, spicy, fried food. Avoid drinking water immediately after meal, instead drink water 45 minutes after meal. Avoid day sleeping, Dont eat food while you are not hungry. Include more dietary fibres in your diet- vegetables, salad etc. You can try taking gandharva HAritaki churna 4 to 5 gm with warm water in night. For better guidance & medications you can consult privately.
