Hello Actually there is not sufficient scientific research to show if acupressure/ acupuncture can recover hearing loss to any extent. In any case acupuncture alone is not enough! As I notice here, you are talking about a baby. In this case if the hearing loss was present by birth, I would suggest you to get a complete hearing evaluation and if the baby has more than moderately severe hearing loss, you should not delay in the treatment.
