Hello, I think you are asking about the bcg vaccine. Bcg vaccine may not be helpful at this age group. The BCG vaccine is normally given to children as it has been shown to provide very good protection against the disseminated forms of tb in children, including tb meningitis. However, the protection provided against pulmonary tb in adults is very variable. So the BCG vaccine is not generally given to adults. All your symptoms like sneezing on exposure to dust, repeated sore throat are probably related to allergic rhinitis-related symptoms. Please visit a pulmonologist or allergist for the same.

Take a physician's opinion before the surgery. He will explain you how to proceed further without maximum risk. Also, I'd suggest that after the surgery, you should start homeopathic treatment for TB. Its safer and can be continued along with the allopathic drugs. I suggest this, because homeopathy will reduce the tendency to catching TB again and again. Also, gradually convulsion medicines can be reduced. But only on a long term and thorough homoeopathic treatment.
