Hi. Nerve damage to leprosy cannot be reversed. MDT prevents further damage to nerves. Sensations in your leg is not gonna comeback, there may be a slight improvement. Avoid walking barefoot. There are specialised footwear available to avoid trauma. Ask your doctor for their availability. Examine your feet everyday. Use moisturizers regularly on your feet. Make sure there are no wounds. If any get them treated right away. Donot touch hot liquids with your hands. Have someone else check the hotness for you.
