Dear user, please consult a surgeon as soon as possible 1) the mass is not moving its fixed, so it is not a fibroadenoma (benign which can be removed). 2) the mass is hard so it is not a cyst 3) the location of it is upper and outer part of right breast which generally suggest a tumour. 4) the swelling is 5 cm in largest diameter, if we give it a staging then it might be t2 so in order to exclude tumour which mostly be benign you need to consult for a surgeon as soon as possible. So that he can guide you with the next steps. If you are not able to go or if you need further assistnce please do contact me.
