I am presuming you have a positive pregnancy test. These symptoms are very common in the first three months of pregnancy. Please get a complete blood count done to see you are not anaemic. Take folic acid supplements daily. You can take tab doxinate - 2 tab at night time and 1 tab twice daily before food to see if it helps. Also have lots of water /fluids like juices/ lassi to keep yourself well hydrated. The symptoms usually settle as pregnancy advances.

Hi ! you get your haemoglobin checked. I think you are suffering from anemia. Take some iron & calcium supplements for 2-3 mths. It should help you. By the way, morning sickness is early morning nausea occurring in pregnancy.
