Curvature of the erect penis to either side is normal if it doesn't affect penetration Premature ejaculation is common due to performance anxiety and can be well managed by behavioral therapy i.e. start - stop technique, pause - squeeze technique. The pause-squeeze technique This method works as follows: Begin sexual activity as usual, including stimulation of the penis, until you feel almost ready to ejaculate. Have your partner squeeze the end of your penis, at the point where the head (glans) joins the shaft, and maintain the squeeze for several seconds, until the urge to ejaculate passes. Have your partner repeat the squeeze process as necessary. By repeating as many times as necessary, you can reach the point of entering your partner without ejaculating. After some practice sessions, the feeling of knowing how to delay ejaculation might become a habit that no longer requires the pause-squeeze technique. If the pause-squeeze technique causes pain or discomfort, another technique is to stop sexual stimulation just prior to ejaculation, wait until the level of arousal has diminished and then start again. This approach is known as the stop-start technique.

Patients suffering from erectile dysfunction should first be evaluated for any underlying physical and psychological conditions. If treatment of the underlying conditions doesn't help, medication and assistive devices, such as pumps, can be prescribed. Oral medications are a successful erectile dysfunction treatment for many men. They include: Sildenafil (Viagra) Tadalafil (Adcirca, Cialis) Two natural erectile dysfunction treatments that have shown promise are red ginseng and pomegranate juice. “Ginseng is thought to increase nitric oxide production, leading to improved blood flow," A health care professional may prescribe you an oral medicine, or medicine you take by mouth, such as one of the following, to help you get and maintain an erection: sildenafil NIH external link (Viagra) vardenafil NIH external link (Levitra, Staxyn) tadalafil NIH external link (Cialis) avanafil NIH external link (Stendra) All of these medicines work by relaxing smooth muscles and increasing blood flow in the penis during sexual stimulation

Two distinct urogenital events comprise what is commonly called ejaculation. These include emission of sperm and accessory gland fluids into the pelvic urethra, and subsequent forceful ejaculation of semen from the urethra. Simultaneously, the neck of the bladder closes tightly. Specific disorders of these processes in stallions include primarily emission and ejaculation failure and urine contamination of semen. Erection pills works by relaxing the blood vessels in your penis, thereby increasing blood flow into the penis on sexual stimulation. This helps you achieve and maintain a hard, erect penis suitable for sexual activity. It is one of the most common sexual problem in men now a day where people are suffering from pre mature ejeculation. Some erection pills might be useful but you should avoid it if lookin for a permanent solution.

These condoms contain numbing agents such as benzocaine or lidocaine or are made of thicker latex to delay ejaculation. Examples include trojan extended, durex performax intense and lifestyles everlast intense. Medications topical anesthetics anesthetic creams and sprays that contain a numbing agent, such as benzocaine, lidocaine or prilocaine, are sometimes used to treat premature ejaculation. These products are applied to the penis 10 to 15 minutes before sex to reduce sensation and help delay ejaculation. A lidocaine-prilocaine cream for premature ejaculation (emla) is available by prescription. Lidocaine sprays for premature ejaculation are available over-the-counter. Although topical anesthetic agents are effective and well-tolerated, they have potential side effects. For example, some men report temporary loss of sensitivity and decreased sexual pleasure. Sometimes, female partners also have reported these effects.

Common treatment options for premature ejaculation include behavioral techniques, topical anesthetics, medications and counseling. Keep in mind that it might take time to find the treatment or combination of treatments that will work for you. Behavioral treatment plus drug therapy might be the most effective course. Behavioral techniques in some cases, therapy for premature ejaculation might involve taking simple steps, such as masturbating an hour or two before intercourse so that you're able to delay ejaculation during sex. Your doctor also might recommend avoiding intercourse for a period of time and focusing on other types of sexual play so that pressure is removed from your sexual encounters. Pelvic floor exercises male pelvic floor muscles weak pelvic floor muscles might impair your ability to delay ejaculation. Pelvic floor exercises (kegel exercises) can help strengthen these muscles. To perform these exercises: find the right muscles. to identify your pelvic floor muscles, stop urination in midstream or tighten the muscles that keep you from passing gas. These maneuvers use your pelvic floor muscles. Once you've identified your pelvic floor muscles, you can do the exercises in any position, although you might find it easier to do them lying down at first. Perfect your technique. tighten your pelvic floor muscles, hold the contraction for three seconds, and then relax for three seconds. Try it a few times in a row. When your muscles get stronger, try doing kegel exercises while sitting, standing or walking. Maintain your focus. for best results, focus on tightening only your pelvic floor muscles. Be careful not to flex the muscles in your abdomen, thighs or buttocks. Avoid holding your breath. Instead, breathe freely during the exercises. Repeat 3 times a day. aim for at least three sets of 10 repetitions a day. The pause-squeeze technique your doctor might instruct you and your partner in the use of a method called the pause-squeeze technique. This method works as follows: begin sexual activity as usual, including stimulation of the penis, until you feel almost ready to ejaculate. Have your partner squeeze the end of your penis, at the point where the head (glans) joins the shaft, and maintain the squeeze for several seconds, until the urge to ejaculate passes. Sometimes, female partners also have reported these effects. Oral medications many medications might delay orgasm. Although none of these drugs are specifically approved by the food and drug administration to treat premature ejaculation, some are used for this purpose, including antidepressants, analgesics and phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors. These medications might be prescribed for either on-demand or daily use, and might be prescribed alone or in combination with other treatments. Antidepressants. a side effect of certain antidepressants is delayed orgasm. For this reason, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (ssris), such as escitalopram (lexapro), sertraline (zoloft), paroxetine (paxil) or fluoxetine (prozac, sarafem), are used to help delay ejaculation. Of those approved for use in the united states, paroxetine seems to be the most effective. These medications usually take five to 10 days to begin working. But it might take two to three weeks of treatment before you'll see the full effect. If ssris don't improve the timing of your ejaculation, your doctor might prescribe the tricyclic antidepressant clomipramine (anafranil). Unwanted side effects of antidepressants might include nausea, perspiration, drowsiness and decreased libido. Analgesics. tramadol (ultram) is a medication commonly used to treat pain. It also has side effects that delay ejaculation. Unwanted side effects might include nausea, headache, sleepiness and dizziness. It might be prescribed when ssris haven't been effective. Tramadol can't be used in combination with an ssri. Phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors. some medications used to treat erectile dysfunction, such as sildenafil (viagra, revatio), tadalafil (cialis, adcirca) or vardenafil (levitra, staxyn), also might help premature ejaculation. Unwanted side effects might include headache, facial flushing and indigestion. These medications might be more effective when used in combination with an ssri.

Masturbation can be extremely beneficial to your health and well-being. It doesn't just feel good, it has other benefits too that can vastly improve your health and life. Here are some reasons why you should masturbate regularly: 1. It boosts your mood Masturbating releases the hormones oxytocin and dopamine, which improve your mood and give you a natural high. It helps you relax and decreases your stress and anxiety levels. 2. Helps you sleep Having an orgasm relaxes you physically and mentally, relieves tension and makes you feel satisfied due to the lowering of blood pressure and the release of endorphins. This helps you fall asleep faster and sleep better. 3. Lesser junk food cravings The release of oxytocin makes us feel happier, lowering emotionally triggered food cravings, which help you make better food choices and avoid unhealthy and fattening 'comfort' food. 4. Relieves cramps Masturbation can help relieve menstrual cramps. It increases blood flow to your pelvic region and hence eases pain, cramps and backaches. 5. Helps cure urinary tract infection in women Those suffering from utis can get relief by masturbating as it flushes out bacteria from the cervix. 6. Prevents prostate cancer Masturbation flushes out the toxin build-up in the urogenital tract, making men who ejaculate frequently three times less likely to develop prostate cancer. 7. May get rid of restless leg syndrome People who suffer from restless leg syndrome feel a constant need to move their limb, which may cause leg pain and cramps. A publication in 'sleep medicine', a medical journal suggests that sex and masturbation may help relieve symptoms of rls. 8. Boosts your immunity and general health Ejaculation in males triggers the release of cortisol, a stress hormone. Although stress inducing, experts believe that small doses of this hormone help build your immunity. In women, masturbation is known to improve cervical and cardiovascular health while also reducing the risk of type-2 diabetes. 6 Common myths on masturbation busted! Although a very normal physical function, masturbation (the touching of your genitals and other erogenous zones to induce sexual pleasure) has certain taboos attached to it. This natural sexual practice has given birth to all kinds of myths which stops people from indulging in this form of self-pleasure. Here are some of the most common misconceptions and the truths behind them. 1. Myth: Masturbation makes you go blind Fact: Masturbation cannot make you blind. Studies conducted on this point of contention haven’t been able to find a link between masturbation and blindness. On the contrary, these researches have gone on to reveal that individuals who masturbate 4 times daily or more for years haven’t been found to suffer from any diseases attributed to masturbation, including blindness. 2. Myth: It can cause you to suffer from erectile dysfunction Fact: Erectile dysfunction refers to the inability to maintain or get an erection during intercourse. The causes of this sexual dysfunction are varied, but masturbation doesn’t figure in the list of causes. What really happens is that when you masturbate repeatedly, you become used to your own touch or to a certain kind of sensation. As a result, you may find it difficult to have orgasms with your partner. 3. Myth: Masturbation doesn’t provide any long-term health benefits Fact: Many experts believe that masturbation can be good for your health. Some of the health benefits that it provides include improved concentration levels and better sleep. It also helps in relieving stress and headaches as your body releases endorphins (brain chemicals), which give you a sense of well-being. Apart from that, masturbating regularly ensures better fitness levels and a youthful appearance in men. For women, it offers certain sexual health benefits such as less pain during sexual intercourse. This happens due to the interaction between brain receptors and the endorphins, which help in reducing your perception of pain. Furthermore, it can even reduce vaginal dryness. 4. Myth: Children do not masturbate Fact: Masturbation is a normal childhood habit, wherein young children discover the private parts of their bodies and the feelings of pleasure that arise from this activity. Most children begin to play with their private parts by about 5-6 years of age. A child can masturbate once a week or several times a day. There are even researches out there that show male foetuses masturbating in the womb. 5. Myth: There’s no limit to how much you can masturbate Fact: According to the American Psychological Association, you should stop masturbating if it affects your daily life; causes emotional problems or physical soreness; disrupts your relationship with your partner or makes you unable to have orgasms from the stimulation that you experience with your partner. Otherwise, the frequency of masturbating can vary from individual to individual. If you masturbate a number of times in a day and still lead a healthy and satisfying life, you have nothing to worry about. 6. Myth: People in relationships do not masturbate Fact: Whether you’re single or in a relationship, masturbation is a healthy sexual activity that you can engage in to fulfil your sexual desires. Studies show that masturbation is a very common behaviour; about 92% of men and 62% of women masturbate. Sometimes, couples also engage in masturbation together as part of their sexual activity.

Can we plan for child while taking pamidronate injection for ankylosing spondylitis.

Can we plan for child while taking pamidronate injection for ankylosing spondylitis.
Physical therapy for ankylosing spondylitis includes instructions and exercises to maintain proper posture. This includes deep breathing for lung expansion and stretching exercises to improve spine and joint mobility. Since ankylosis of the spine tends to cause forward curvature (kyphosis), patients are instructed to maintain erect posture as much as possible and to perform back-extension exercises. Patients are also advised to sleep on a firm mattress and avoid the use of a pillow in order to prevent spine curvature. Ankylosing spondylitis can involve the areas where the ribs attach to the upper spine as well as the vertebral joints, thus limiting breathing capacity. Patients are instructed to maximally expand their chest frequently throughout each day to minimize this limitation. Physical therapists customize exercise programs for each individual. Swimming often can be a very beneficial form of exercise, as it avoids jarring impact of the spine. Ankylosing spondylitis need not limit an individual's involvement in athletics. People can participate in carefully chosen aerobic sports when their disease is inactive. Aerobic exercise is generally encouraged as it promotes full expansion of the breathing muscles and opens the airways of the lungs. Cigarette smoking is strongly discouraged in people with ankylosing spondylitis, as it can accelerate lung scarring and seriously aggravate breathing difficulties. Occasionally, those with severe lung disease related to ankylosing spondylitis may require oxygen supplementation and medications to improve breathing. People with ankylosing spondylitis may need to modify their activities of daily living and adjust features of the workplace. For example, workers can adjust chairs and desks for proper postures. Drivers can use wide rearview mirrors and prism glasses to compensate for the limited motion in the spine. You should check with your doctor before using compression socks for your swelling. These special socks should be properly fitted for you and your needs. Also, be sure to wear them during the day and remove them before you go to bed. Leg elevation if you stand a lot during the day, try propping your feet up or soaking them in water when you get home to help prevent swelling. Muscle relaxant: reduces muscle tension and helps relieve muscle pain and discomfort. Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (also known as tens) is something which helps ease muscle pain and spasms. You can strengthen the muscles by doing tonification ie. Improving the tone of the muscles by adding either weight cuffs / sand bags which will help you to improve the strength of the muscle.
