Causes: Trauma: Whether it’s from a fall, a collision on the soccer field, a car accident, or other high-impact contact, trauma is a leading cause of hematomas. A goose egg is essentially just a bruise on the forehead. These bumps often turn black and blue after a day or two. When the tiny blood vessels under the skin are injured, blood leaks out into the surrounding tissue, causing the swelling that forms a bump or knot on the head. Cyst: A cyst is a fluid-filled sac that forms just underneath the skin. It’s usually soft to the touch and appears whitish or yellowish. There are several types of cysts that can appear on the forehead. One of the more common cysts is formed when keratin cells move deeper into your skin and form a sac. Keratin is a protein in the skin. Normally keratin cells move up to the surface and die. When they move the other direction, they can cluster in a cyst that swells as it grows. Osteoma A benign little outgrowth of bone, called an osteoma, can form a forehead bump. Typically, an osteoma grows slowly and has no other symptoms. An osteoma can usually be left alone. But if the growth is bothersome from an appearance standpoint or is causing some symptoms (such as vision or hearing problems) due to its location, treatment may be appropriate. Lipoma A lipoma is a growth of fatty tissue that can develop under the skin, causing a soft, pliable lump to form on the forehead. Lipomas also tend to form on the neck, shoulders, arms, back, thighs, and abdomen. Skull malformation If you’ve had a facial fracture or other skull injury, it’s possible that a lump could form on your forehead as the bones heal and fuse together. Bites or stings An insect bite or sting can cause a small red lump to form on the forehead. These bumps are usually unmistakable and typically require no treatment. Try leaving a bite alone and taking an antihistamine to help reduce swelling and itching. If you too have pimple and acne on your forehead, you can try out these simple and easy home remedies to get rid of the bumps. A clean scalp As suggested by experts, the bumps on your forehead are caused by dandruff in your scalp. So, if you get rid of the dandruff you can get cure the bumps on your forehead. You can use a mild anti-dandruff shampoo Oily skin Oily skin can be the biggest cause of bumps on forehead as forehead falls in the deadly oily T-zone. So do something about the clogged pores and excess oil on your skin. For oily skin Take some multani mitti and add some rose water, and apply to your face. This will not only help you get rid of excess oil from your face. Doing it twice a week is enough to balance the oil. Or you can wash your face regularly with some cold water, with some rose water added in it to reduce the oil from your face. Lemon juice Take some lemon juice and dab on the zits with a cotton ball before going to bed. The lemon will work at night and you won’t have to step out in sun with lemon on your face as it can lemon can react on your skin in sunlight. Wash off in the morning. Tomato juice Rich in antioxidants, the tomato juice can cure the pimples and acnes. Just extract the juice and apply on your face. Wash off with some cold water splashes in 15 minutes. But see if your skin is not sensitive to tomatoes. Apple cider vinegar Some apple cider vinegar will work same as lemon or tomato juice. Take a cotton ball and dab some apple vinegar on the zits before going to bed, regular use of apple cider vinegar will cure the zits.

Neck PainThis is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain ie. Due to the nerve compression. Cervical spondylosis – chronic condition with radiating pain As your rightly said you have to go for traction and also you can do IFT. Please consult the near by therapist for quick relief. Since you have pain for more than 10 years it is suggestible to go for cervical muscle strengthening exercise. Use collar will definitely be helpful for him to maintain the good posture. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm. If they are painless then your problem seems to be lipoma, which are nothing but benign fatty tumors. Practically they are harmless and very slow in growth and if they are very small and slow growing in your case you need not to take any medicine for this, only are not look good. It can be anything like a lipoma, sebaceous cyst or some other tumors. Even, it can be an encephalocele. So, consult a neurosurgeon as soon as possible.

If it is confirmed as lipoma by a good surgeon and no pain redness etc . No treatment may be necessary except as plastic correction for looks. Take opinion of good surgeon
