I don't think there is any reason to worry as presence of a epithelial cells and pus cells there are indicator that you might be having a urinary tract infection which is quite common in women. Additionaly I suggest you to go through urine culture and sensitivity to determine whether or not you have any microbial infection in the urinary tract. To be on safer side you might consult a doctor for detailed evaluation to rule out pyogenic infections. Thanks & regards.

First of all, a platelet count of 1 lakh isn't concerning at all, you need not worry. Secondly, no amount of fruit and papaya extract will increase the platelet count. It will get elevated naturally. Since you recently had an infection, your body was putting more stress on producing leukocytes. As for the nature of your bowel movement, it is due to increased intake of papaya (which has digestive enzymes and dissolves proteins) and mango (which is rich is sugar which increases growth of gut bacteria to above normal levels). Just consume fruits in moderation and have unripe guava and black berries and you will be fine. As for your urine, there is a bit of difference between white and colourless urine since colourless urine is normal but white urine suggests an infection which needs to be treated as early as possible. You can have an online consult with me regarding the same so that your problems can be taken care of as early as possible.

Hello, thanks for the query. From the information given it appears to be urinary tract infection and possibility of renal stones. So if pain is severe and keeps coming then you may have to get an ultra sonography of the abdomen done, to rule out if there are stones. Secondly may need some antibiotics for treating infection. Please take plenty of fluids. Thanks.
