It is important to stretch and strengthen the surrounding leg muscles to provide more support and reduce stresses around the joint. Pain in the back might be the reason to have pain in one particular leg if you have leg pain please check your body weight and your hemoglobin levels, as anemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.
