First get your psoriasis work up done from nearby dermatologist. All routine blood investigation should be done and for arthritis xRay should be done along with arthritis markers and medication can be changed depending upon all reports and severity of the disease. In all probability, your intake of water is less. Drink at least 2.5 litres of water a day. This will lead to diluted urine and there will be no foaming. Repeat urine routine testing after about 2 weeks. Check for any particles in urine also (sediments, casts or crystals)
