Get your heart checked up for coronary ischemia, by angiography. Very early angina pain gets projected there. If it is normal, then treatment of neuralgia is justifiable.

Though you are so young to think for cardiac disease when your all reports are normal, I still think for angiography, my experience is all investigations even normal angio gives actual pathology. Not only that if is negative you will be over sure that you have nothing, otherwise something will prick to your mind.

Please do your thyroid test. Start walking for 30 min at atime. Avoid sitting or sleeping after food for 30 min. Instead of spending lots of money on repeated investigations do ct coronary angiography. This is noninvasive test, is done on opd basis. This will tell you exact status of your coronary artery. If that is normal you are not going to have heart attack.

Chest pain may be caused due to various reasons. I may be due to heart problems, lungs problems, anxiety, digestion problem etc. First thing you should do is to get an ecg done, if there is any heart problem it may be detected in it.
