In most cases it takes many months or possibly even a year to go away completely. Since post inflammatory hypopigmentation is a temporary problem usually no treatment is required. Hi. First of all try to find out the cause (diagnosis) of such hypopigmentations and then treatment can be advised accordingly. Kojivit plus/ ultra is for hyperpigmentation (dark spots) and not for hypopigmentations. Must use a sunscreen during daytime. Thanks.

It can be because of dermatitis/ eczema or allergy or dryness or fungal infection or psoaiasis etc. I need details of case n preferably pics of affected area. In the meanwhile follow this moisturize frequently. Avoid sudden changes in temperature or humidity. Avoid sweating or overheating. Reduce stress. Avoid scratchy materials, such as wool directly in contact with skin. Avoid harsh soaps, detergents, and solvents. Be aware of any foods that may cause an outbreak and avoid those foods. Use of sun screen, hypo pigmenting cream ,anti acne cream, oral antioxidents, use of non soap cleansers is good management. For pig under lower lip I will have to see picture for propr diagnosis.

Too much of melanin causes hyper pigmentation and too little of melanin causes hypo pigmentation. The factors attributing to pigmentation can be external or internal. There are so many remedies like Aloe Vera: This is a magical ingredient that amazingly works for all types of skin. Aloe Vera can be applied directly to the skin. It can also be applied by making a juice of the pulp inside the plant. Leave it for 10 minutes in the affected area and wash off with water. This can be repeated once daily. You can also take homeo treatment.
