No need for medication for bp because it is a lifestyle disease please provide occupation, blood tests, echo. Ecg.reports done till now and their results, medicine prescription, hypertension is a lifestyle disease needs only a lifestyle solution and not medicines .medicines will only put a temporary fix. Find the root cause and fix the triggers causing high bp read the long term side effects of your current medication before taking it. There is no need for lifelong medication. Take personal responsibility for your health and not your doctor .change diet, lifestyle .and change your current doctor if he does not offer natural alternate healthy options to completely cure your high bp, sjogrens is an autoimmune disease which needs diet and lifestyle chages which your Dr. in india may not be aware because he does not know nutrition get a detailed history taken, do the right blood tests .get an individualized dietary plan with recipes which creates normal bp and prevents all other lifestyle diseases 1) has your Dr. done tests for inflammation in the body 2) did your Dr. do all 12 vitamin levels- a, d, e, k and 8 b complex vitamins 3) minerals levels -mg ,zn ,fe ,ca, cu, deficiency of both vitamins and minerals can aggravate or cause your problem. If your Dr. has not done all these tests you may not get better because the root cause of your problem is still persisting .which is usually not done by your doctor because he does not have knowledge of nutrition if he has not done these tests he cannot fix your blood pressure, treat the many reversible causes of high bp. General advice for reducing may or may not work for everyone there is no need to take blood pressure medicines lifelong unless you have developed the complications of high bp take consultation if you are serious about your health ,value your health ,want to reverse your high bp naturally without medicines and prevent other lifestyle diseases.

Yes it can be both prevented as well as reversed naturally without medicines Change diet and lifestyle first .Next change your doctor if he is not offering natural solutions to reverse high blood pressure ,is only medicating you and not educating you about the disease and the side effects of the medicines he has prescribed, and telling you to take medicines lifelong which is wrong unless you have developed the complications of high blood pressure. Never stop BP medications without your doctors consent. Doing so you can cause rebound hypertension and complications. BP medicines can cause serious side effects .Your Dr. is not going to talk about this. Read about it before you take your medicines. Reversible causes of BP like Mineral, Vitamin deficiency, Thyroid disease, Stress etc needs to be fixed which will cure your high BP They are completely misguiding you. 1) Detailed history including dietary & lifestyle habits needed in addition to medical, and family history 2) Comprehensive lab testing needed which should have tests for inflammation and mineral deficiency. Master health check ups and Full body checkups done in high tech hospitals and labs are incomplete because they are doing tests based on your disease or symptom and never focused on the whole patient and the root cause of the disease you have. Send feedback with name ,contact number and take consultation, if you want to reverse your high BP without medication naturally. Get rid of your elevated BP and BP medications for ever by finding the root cause which caused the elevated blood pressure. You can not treat what you can not find .So the first step is you have to find the root cause and fix it which needs a consultation.
