Hi, There is no particular diet or exercise to work only on your face. However if you take essential fat and protein in your diet then it will show results. Nuts and oilseeds like Almonds, Walnuts, Flaxseeds, a teaspoon of ghee, Milk and its products like Curd, paneer, etc. Balloon blowing exercises to be practiced alternate days. Weight training to be done 4 days a week for best results.

Hello dear. Sometimes it is because of less of muscles and less of fat too as it is your teen age. Teen age considered as growing age. During this time period you need to focus on proper muscles mass growth and if fat is less, focus on that also. Other wise you will face the same problem. As skin tightning will be a issue in that case.
