Take Ayurvedic treatment for this, As far as possible, limit salt intake, and avoid sour food like yogurt,  dahi and instead have bitter tasting food like bitter gourd. However, onion and garlic are considered to be good in this condition. Maintain a food diary so that the relationship between a food type and appearance of symptoms can be noted.-Avoid all sweets including suger jaggery and alcohol. Avoid incompatible foods, sour foods, and heavy foods that are difficult to digest etc Take 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder with a glass of milk or water two to three times a day .Massage the skin with mustard oil for 15 minutes, followed it with a bathtry Than use plenty of fresh Awala juice after taking breakfast with lukewarm water in the morning. Use Mangishtadi kashyam 20 ml two times a day empty stomach. Use Pwd Haridrakhandam 5gm two times a day with milk. Use Makatiktakam Ghrutam 10 ml two times a day with milk empty stomach. Dear Lybrate User, First of all let me make it clear that you may experience nightfalls/Nocturnal Emission of sperm for twice in a month if you do not have a habit of masturbation or if you do not indulge in any sexual intercourse. However, if you experience nightfalls for more than twice in a month then it is surely abnormal. Every person experience an erection after a sleep of 6-8 hours. Take warm or hot drinks often – hot tea, hot coffee, hot Soups, hot milk. You may suffering of contact dermatitis. Be sure about sanitation & cleanliness. Just 3 times you should intake a teaspoon of turmeric powder. Avoiding excessive salt, pickles, sour fruits, junck-foods, fast-foods. Fennel seed powder, black currants, suar-candy (misri) are the best food & medicine also. Symptoms are due to the pills, you had bleeding after sex so chance of pregnancy is almost nil, your period may come by end of June but there is no rule. You can do urine pregnancy test after 14 June to get rid of anxiety.
