U need to step up the nasal spray with a check up from a chest specialist along with a few investigations like xray of sinuses and chest, allergy tests, pulmonary function test. U will require oral anti allergics.

Long time otrivin use leads to rhinitis medicamentosa, with excessive nasal crusting, post nasal drip, feeling of nasal obstruction, foul smell, hyposmia.
