Heaviness In Left Leg

Sometimes when i'm walking in streets I feel heavy itchy in my legs and dizziness, today I lost my consciousness for minutes, I fell, I get up and I kept walking while being unconscious, then I got my consciousness back again when someone called me to give me my stuff that I left on the ground when I fell.

Dear user you need to get a couples 9f test done at the earliest go for cbc, fbs ppbs, ecg mri brain and neck and blood biochemistry done and consult back with it for proper treatment.

Hi I have problem. When I stand or walk my penis muscle get hard and shrink on left side and feel heavy .and veins are swelled. Snd sensation reduced when I bend my left leg and put pressure on it becomes normal. But sensation also less on shaft. This is since from 2 months. I have two causes I fell from bike. And bathing with cold water.

I am a 26 year old guy. Every morning when I wake up I feel a light pain on the back of the waist just along the line of the navel, but its on the back side. It goes away sometimes but again I can feel it sometimes when I try to bend on the opposite direction. Today the pain is much more. I have indigestion problem. Please help me what it could be.

I am having pain in thighs vein and my left leg is feeling pressured or heavy when I walk.
Contrast fomentation (hot and cold) avoid squatting- avoid sitting cross legged.Quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Chiropractic physiotherapy.

Hello doctor, I am 35 years male. Normally I do not do any hard work or exercise. Before two weeks, I felt my left / right (forgot) leg muscles being pulled when I was trying to pull something extremely heavy. The next day I got severe muscle strain in shoulders and neck. And headache in the left half. And the next day tension in the left eye muscles. Later which caused misaligned eye. I can see clearly from both eyes one by one, but together I see double image. Please guide me with your wisdom and experience. Thanks.

This can be due to improper posture that may cause a muscle strain shoulder exercises and stretches regular exercises and stretches can keep your shoulder strong and flexible. A few things to remember before swinging in to exercises: •stop any exercise if you have more shoulder pain. It may be too soon for you to try. •watch your form. Exercising incorrectly can also cause or worsen shoulder problems. •warm up, even before deep stretching. Light shoulder rolls, gentle movements, or even a warm shower are all ways to warm up your muscles before exercise and stretching. Pendulum stretch for range of motion•stand and bend at the waist. •let your arm on the injured side hang straight down. •keep your neck relaxed. •move your arm in a circle up to 20 times. •do once or more times in a day. Overhead shoulder stretch•sit or stand to do this shoulder stretch. •intertwine your fingers in front of you. •bend your elbows and raise your arms above your head. You can also place your hands on your head or behind it. •gently squeeze your shoulder blades together to move your elbows back. •continue for up to 20 repetitions neck tilt: from the sitting position, tilt your head down so your chin touches your chest. Hold this position for 5 second s. Return to the starting position and repeat. Do this five times. Side-to-side neck tilt. From the same starting position, tilt you neck toward one shoulder, leading with your ear. Hold for 5 seconds and then return to the starting position. Do this five times on each side. Neck turn. Look straight ahead, then turn your head to one side, keeping your chin at the same level. Do this five times on each side. Neck stretch. Holding the rest of your body straight, push your chin forward, stretching your throat. Hold for 5 seconds. From the same starting position, push your chin backward and hold for 5 seconds. Do the forward and backward stretch five times each. If any of these exercises cause severe pain or weakness in your hands or arms, stop right away and talk with your doctor.

I was suffering from chondromalacia patella from december 2018. I'm much better now .the pain has reduced and I am able to climb stairs. But the quadriceps muscle of my affected left knee is less in size (2 cm less) than my normal right thigh. What can I do to regain the muscle bulk? Is it safe to do exercises like squats? Currently I am avoiding squats but I am doing planks and some other basic exercises. Also I started to walk recently. Now I am walking 45 minutes a day continuously, covering almost 3 kilometers in that time. Is it safe for me to walk this distance continuously? I'm also stretching my quads and hamstrings after walking. Is that safe? Sometimes I feel a little heavy inside my knee after the walk. So should I reduce my walking time or speed?

Lie down with one leg bent at a 90-degree angle with the foot flat on the floor and the other leg fully extended. Tighten the quadriceps (thigh muscle) of the straight leg and raise it to a 45-degree angle. Hold the leg in this elevated position for a second or two before slowly lowering it back to the ground. You may require 4-6 weeks of physical therapy treatment, and then several more months of a home stretching and strengthening program to treat your chondromalacia patella. Getting the pain and inflammation under control is the first step.

If you have pain radiating down to the leg then you should rest (lie down) for 2-3 days and apply ice pack in the back 3-4 times a day,avoid lifting any heavy weight or bending forward,also avoid sitting for a long time...if it gets better with rest then ok else see a doctor.
