So it is advised to check tsh after 6 weeks of pregnancy. The treatment is not abruptly stopped. A lower dosage needs to be taken. Then after checking the tsh a final call may be taken. Now that your tsh has increased to 10 mu/l, means there is a need to restart the treatment. You have mentioned that currently you are on 50 mcg dosage. However, that is not adequate dose, there is a need to increase the same to 75 mcg and then check tsh level after six weeks to see if desired levels are achieved.
