I am 28 years old married of 6 months now. I have been facing the issue of frequent urination for a long time (2-3 years. I have had UTI multiple times and have taken the antibiotics course many times. Recently I have taken an antibiotic course for 10 days for vaginitis. However, the issue is still there. I have to urinate more than 15 times in a day and 4-5 times in the night. My gyne told me that there is no infection now, even the test reports are normal for urine routine and culture. She checked me for vaginitis and it was also ok. Apart from this, I have had diabetes checked many times and it was normal. Many times did thyroid tests and found normal. I have visited a lot of big and known hospitals and doctors still can not find any resolution. Moreover, my urination increases in the early morning (like around 4-5 am), starts every 30 minutes. I can't understand what's the reason. I have recently got my health check-up done on 27-Aug-19 after which I already took an antibiotic course for vaginitis, results as below: cholesterol: 204 mg/dl hdl cholesterol: 62 mg/dl ldl cholesterol: 132 mg/dl triglyceride: 184 mg/dl vldl cholesterol: 36.8 mg/dl total cholesterol/hdl ratio: 3.29 non-hdl cholesterol: 142 mg/dl sgot: 35 tsh: 4.62 urine routine, specific gravity: 1.002 rbc: nil wbc: 1-2 squamous epithelial cells: 3-5 nitrite: negative urobilinogen: normal protein, glucose, ketone, blood, bilirubin:nil cast, crystal, bacteria: nil sgpt: 35 pap smear: reactive cellular changes associated with inflammation or repair are present. Stool routine: pus cells: 0-1 hb: 11.3 pcv :34.9 mcv: 78.3 mch: 25.3 mpv: 11.3 rdw: 16.4 esr: 44 blood sugar fasting: 89 creatinine: 0.47 egfr: 157.39 usg whole abdomen: the right ovary measures 3.8 x 2.3 x 2.2 cm (volume 10.6 cc). The left ovary measures 4.0 x 2.5 x 2.3 cm (volume 12.8 cc). Bilateral ovaries are mildly bulky in size and shows multiple small follicles in peripheral distribution with increased stromal echogenicity suggestive of polycystic ovarian morphology. No abnormal adnexal mass lesion is seen. Impression: bilateral polycystic ovarian morphology. Current medication: I don't take any medicine for pcos yet taking epilive 250 twice a day for primary epilepsy (can this be a reason?) due to pcos my periods don't come, so I take meprate every month to get my periods. My lifestyle: sedentary height: 5'1 weight: 55 kg eating habits: home food, rarely junk I dink green tea daily and sometimes cinnamon hot water I drink milk in the night early morning I take giloy, amla the morning I eat soaked almonds and walnut. family history: mother: diabetes and skin allergy sister: pcos father: no more, suffered blood cancer.

No. You need to do urine pregnancy test. It should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test. For low bp-- eat a diet higher in salt.Drink lots of nonalcoholic fluids. Limit alcoholic beverages. Drink more fluids during hot weather and while sick with a viral illness, such as a cold or the flu. Have your doctor evaluate your prescription and over-the-counter medications to see if any of them are causing your symptoms. Get regular exercise to promote blood flow. Be careful when rising from lying down or sitting. To help improve circulation, pump your feet and ankles a few times before standing up. Then proceed slowly. When getting out of bed, sit upright on the edge of the bed for a few minutes before standing. Elevate the head of your bed at night by placing bricks or blocks under the head of bed. Avoid heavy lifting. Avoid straining while on the toilet. Avoid standing still in place for long periods of time. Avoid prolonged exposure to hot water, such as hot showers and spas. If you get dizzy, sit down. It may be helpful to keep a chair or stool in the shower in case you need to sit; to help prevent injury, use a nonslip chair or stool designed for use in showers and bath tubs. To avoid problems with low blood pressure and lessen episodes of dizziness after meals, try eating smaller, more frequent meals. Cut back on carbohydrates. Rest after eating. Avoid taking drugs to lower blood pressure before meals. If needed, use elastic support (compression) stockings that cover the calf and thigh. These may help restrict blood flow to the legs, thus keeping more blood in the upper body.

When Anal Fissure is in healing mode; usually pain subsides and patient feels that all is gone. So pain may appear again if there is passage of hard stool or there is frequent bowel movement. So it is always advisable to continue treatment until doctor checks and confirms that Fissure is completely healed. Fissure can be completely healed by Graded Kshar Karma. In this treatment; Graded Kshar - a specialized Ayurvedic medicine is applied in fissure region which debrides the fissure and induces healing. Usually pain subsides with in a week or 10 days time period but for complete healing of fissure 3-4 weekly Graded Kshar Karma sittings are required. Now you should take sitz bath (hot water tub bath) 2-3 times a day followed by application of Sushruta Ointment and Lekhan powder in anal passage. Administer 5 ml of Sushruta oil in anal passage in night. For easy evacuation of bowel movement you should take 1 tea spoon of Sushruta Churna with warm water in night. To get these medicine and for further support and appointment you may call reception at Sushruta Ano Rectal Institute.

Causes of Frequent Urination. Frequent urination can be a symptom of many different problems from kidney disease to simply drinking too much fluid. When frequent urination is accompanied by fever, an urgent need to urinate, and pain or discomfort in the abdomen, you may have a urinary tract infection Keep a journal to determine how frequently you go to the bathroom. Delay urination with small intervals. Once you feel the need to pee, see if you can hold off for five minutes and work your way up. Schedule trips to the bathroom. Perform Kegel exercises regularly.
