Dear Lybrate User For children maximum growth is 0 to 6 months then 6 to 12 montha. After that it is during their teens. Make her eat on her won. Whatever she finishes in 20 mi s is fine. Do not give fied food or junk food inbetween. If she is hungry gi e normal food with dhal and vegetables. She will be fine. Mark her weight on the growth chart and if your doctor is worried then only you need to worry.

Hi her weight is within limits according to the growth charts. Feed her normally and include her also in family pot diet. Monitor her weight gain constantly and maximum they will gain 2 kg per year. Hello maam, I would suggest you to make your child eat food every hour or in 30 mins if she eats very small meals. It is very important to fulfill her nutritious needs for better growth. Make her eat at least 1300- 1500 kcal per day as per her growth requirement by completing the required amount of carbs (105-110 gms), proteins (12-14 gms), good fat (30-35 gms), calcium, vitamins A, B,B6, B12,C, D,E, K and minerals, iron, riboflavin etc so that it also helps her gain weight.
