Regular simple workouts like jogging, walking up and down through the stairs fast also helps to shed those stubborn belly fat. I think you should never give up mentally. Your body can be pushed more than what you are currently doing with it. You can join a Yoga class or get a Yoga instructor to your home. Also go to the park daily in the morning and evening and try to walk for 30 mins. Even if you are using walker, does not matter, but keep your limbs active as much as possible. Use 1 liter water bottle as dumbells to strengthen your arms. Eat whole grain or multigrain atta rotis. Eat fruits like apple, papaya. Eat dals, beans, mushrooms, lobia etc. Aim to live healthy for at least 50 years more. Life is precious! Never give up!
