You have not written about the length of pregnancy, because in 1st trimester you must not take any medicine except by prescription. In later trimesters some medicines can be given guardedly. Cold is not something to be worried for. Cetrizine is an antihistamine drug and is not indicated during pregnancy unless benefits outweigh risks.
