Yes you can. Use Novelon or Femilon- once daily from first day of your periods for 21 days and then cyclically after a gap of 8 days. Continue for 3-4 months and see if it helps. Read the instruction leaflet with regards to common side effects and contraindications.

Taking a contraceptive to gain weight is not good, you should follow a healthy diet and lifestyle for weight gain. Or you can get diet chart from dietitian for weight gain.
